It is very easy to use, and setup, free plan is also a lot of features. Email support is also very accommodating, but its better if there is a live chat for faster response.

Reached out to customer service to help me and they were amazing! I had another review app installed which didn't work so I chose Rivyo instead and they are amazing! I love their customer service and they walked me through all the steps to get my questions answered. Very excited to see this app in my store. Highly recommend. Update..I need help with my app. Anyone available? Reviews won't import anymore!!

This is a pretty good app we’ve used for a while to import Amazon reviews. Pretty good functionality in terms of allowing us to import reviews for multiple products easily. Prompt customer service.

Nothing does the job like RIVYO. I usually don't bother with writing reviews, but i just had to. Not only does the app cover everything I need, but the staff member helped install the app coding into my theme. I installed about 10 other 'reputable' apps, and they do not come close to this. Affordable AND amazing. THANK YOU!

Excellent app and excellent customer service team! The app has great features and is easy to install and set up. In addition, the customer service team is outstanding and was able to fix a minor problem we had integrating the app with our theme - in less than 24 hours on a weekend. Wonderful!!
