Does not work for me. Support is yet to respond to my query. Maybe i'll update my review if it works let's see Update: Support fixed all my issue promptly and it's working now. 4 stars (5 stars for support and 3 stars for app. It works well but it needs to be fixed so users can automatically install and not have to wait for support)

Update Thank you for addressing this issue. It is important that app developers be mindful that the most important attribute they can provide is good timely support when there is an issue. Thanks again We use the paid version of this app on a few stores but have noticed a decrease in support. In truth the only reason to use a paid version of an app isn't for functionality but because of the support. For the last week we had tried to get support adding the app correctly to the product pages and adding reviews via cvs file but couldn't get the format correct. After 5 days of no help on the install issue we figured it out our selves but we couldn't get the cvs file format correct so we requested support formatting the file and emailed them a copy of our original file. We got 3 emails from support telling us to format the file before uploading it and we sent multiple emails saying that we tried that and can't get it which is why we need support.

This app is very good for the design of the reviews. It still has some improvements to do like editing multiple users at a time, or multiple reviews at a time.

It’s a really good app. But, we need a lot of assistance from their tech’s. The team is very fast with problem solving. Would be a 5 star if the functionality was better.

My review widget just disappeared during the biggest sale of the year. UNRELIABLE APP. This costs us hundreds of dollars in lost revenue per day we wait for a fix. UPDATE: I reached out to support via chat and they fixed the issue in a timely manner.

Other review apps do not come close to the look, usability and support of Rivyo. There was no code conflict with any of my other apps, including the page builder (GemPages). They personally helped me implement and fix a bug one particular app called 'Infinite Scrolling' were the star badges would not display and very quickly they were able to fix this problem for all users. Rivyo works perfectly in all ways. But I noticed one very important feature missing.. The app is lacking a 'delete all reviews' feature, so I requested them to add this feature. I am still waiting for this feature to be added. Currently you can only manually delete all reviews on current page which is about 30 reviews. So if you have 5,000 reviews it will take forever to delete them all by hand. Looking forward to the next update with this much needed feature. Thanks for such an awesome app and friendly support! --WILL UPDATE TO 5 STARS WHEN THIS FEATURE IS ADDED--

I only committed to this app because the developer promised me that the reviews would be indexed by Google in 1 month. That was 4 months ago. Now they include it, but there is a catch. You have to pay for the Advanced Plan. Developer left that detail out. Only reason I put up with the all the problems with this app was because it was free. Updated: The customer service has been good in dealing with issues I have so I am bumping my review up

Customer service is great help. But this is only for product reviews not include site review yet. And the views collect by this app can not use by google shopping as well as searching ads. Hope you guys can improve it soon. Since site review and google review rating are really important.

I like the app and having customers be able to review my products. However, I offer services as well as products. I wish my customers could leave general reviews on my website rather than just a product review.

all in all a good app...looks good and easy to use...only thing not working in payed trademark theme is the masonry grid and the slider option....only grid and list is working...would be cool if it would be fixed...
