It's easy to use and navigate. They can easily fix prob thru chat. Would be best if there's an option for customers to leave reviews from social media platforms like facebook. All in all, it's still the best review app that I used so far.

I had 1960 reviews from loox and supersds but no matter what even with support help it just imported 660

英語対応ではありますが、メールで直ぐにShopify内のセッティングもしてくれました。素晴らしいカスタマーサポートです。 チャットではなくメール対応なので遅くなるのかと思いましたが、10分くらいで直ぐに対応して貰えました。

User friendly app. I only use the photo portion so far but there is a video side. No issues yet. I have the small plan.

I enjoyed customer support when I was able to live chat. Did not enjoy slow e-mails when I needed stuff done ASAP. Nobody's fault - simply timing issue.

It goes all well, but there's few things you need to know. If you are from mainland China and wanna import the aliexpress reviews, you need a stable overseas vpn to do it, otherwise you need to ask the customer service of this app to help you import every time. And as for the Amazon reviews import, it doesn't have as many filters as the aliexpress import. It can't only import the text reviews without images.
