Premium shipping insurance made sense fo my higher priced merchandise. I have been pleasantly surprised with the rate of adoption. Most customers opt to purchase Route. I believe it is trust building for my store and it is simple to add.

We added this app to offer it to our customers as added insurance and made it to where they had to opt in for it. Since adding it to the site it has been used on nearly every purchase, with the customer requesting it at check out! Have had zero issues with Route and the added insurance makes both parties feel better about the transaction! A no brainer for e-commerce! -Low Hertz Car Audio

Loving it. Saves my customer support employee nearly 15+ hours a week and I'm getting extra orders for the lost products. This is a no brainer.

First, the customer service is amazing! Quick response and very awesome to work with. Second, this app has helped our customers who have had their packages stolen or damage in transit. We are able to send a replacement quickly once we file a claim. It is reassuring to our customers that they can receive a costly item without worry.

Route Package Protection effortlessly resolves your order issues regarding lost, damaged, or stolen items at a very affordable price with just a few clicks through their claim portal. Zero hassle, instant solutions. Apart from that, you can track your order right to your doorstep. The staffs are very helpful and always find ways to help you resolve some concerns. The refund is just only for the item cost, not including any shipping costs. They cannot change the shipping addresses of the replacement orders if in case customers have an updated shipping address. So you need to contact the merchant to update it before the replacement order takes place. However, it gives us peace of mind especially if their orders are lost in the way, damaged while in transit, or even those were stolen or orders that are marked delivered but package are not received by the customers. Instead of us reaching out to our shipping partners to look for the orders and where are they or the whereabouts of the packages, Route is there to help us resolve the shipping issue instantly.

Route has been a great addition to our check-out process, particularly for our international customers. The pricing for customers is very reasonable even with our high value carts. It has been used successfully to reorder damaged/stolen shipments to our customers at no cost to (or input from) us. The only real downside to using Route is its implementation with Shopify, as it creates a permanent product page and many (many) SKUs that can mess with fulfillment automation/ 3PLs.

I love Route! I've been using the app for about six months and it's already protected dozens of my customers. They are easy to work with, super responsive and all around great guys and gals. I would highly recommend using it!

Remove the need to worry about customers claims of undelivered, damagaed, or stolen packages. Route insurance has helped our customer service team have resources to handle the times in which a customer honestly or distinctly claims issues with their shipping service. At a no-cost for the business, the customer pays a nominal cost to have shipping service included and the integration at checkout ensures that over 70% of our customers choose to pay for this shipping insurance. I highly recommend this service for any business that has customer complaints related to damaged, stolen or undelivered packages.

Pretty great for what it does. We haven't had any issues with it really and our customers really seem to like it. We've only seem one or two actual claims come through but both were handled quickly and the customers were happy!

I do love this app. I have found so much help and simplicity in navigating my customers to help with their shipping needs. I do wish it was easier for them to contact Route at times, but I understand things are moving slower during this pandemic. I have been happy with this application and will continue to offer it to my customers.
