Been with Route for over a year now and it still amazes me! I am thankful to have this relationship, for all the help it provides to our customers, which ultimately helps our company. From day 1 Route began resolving customer issues. They continue to adapt to our business and the technological needs of our market/customers/regulation etc. We also have the Best Customer Success Manager (Makaylen) who keeps on top of our company's needs and options and communicates this to us. The integration process was easy, and our Reps, Easton and Karlee are super knowledgeable and very quick to respond. We are early in the adoption process however Route has already deflected several issues from our Consumer Affairs team. I expect this number will only grow from here!

Route is a good service to use as it takes care of a lot of the issues we simply do not have time to deal with. They work very quick and easy so far we have had nothing but good things to say about the app. They are the solution we have been looking for .

Customer shipping and lost package claim processes have always been a pain in the butt. With Route, customer issues have been handled very promptly and to the satisfaction of both our customers and our internal team.

Everything so far has been an awesome experience. We haven't had a claims or anything yet but our customers seem to really like the added protection offered through Route. Customer service has been great as well. Our account manager just reached out to us to show new features and to see how we were doing. He is very pleasant to work with. No complaints here. It's a simple idea, yet effective. We really like that the app is free and it gives our customers an option to protect their order. We like the added tracking information and automated emails.

So far so good. I had some technical issues with the app and received immediate help which was quite the relief and greatly appreciated.

Great CSM follow-up, questions are answered quickly, merchant portal is clear and easy to use. The help center has all the essential resources to assist with customers' questions.

I have been using Route since I have opened my online boutique... I love Route and my customers love it too!! Super Easy to install, simple set up for the customers to use, and easy process if items gets lost, stolen or damaged!!! It’s a no brainer! I would definitely recommend Route to any of my fellow business owners who ship products out!

Route has alleviated headaches and hurdles that come with customer interaction. They've taken away the time spent tracking down every order for follow up, which has increased productivity in other areas needed. Route has been a great resource.

Route's package insurance alleviates significant pressure that our CS team inevitably faces in facilitating customer complaints regarding package theft and carrier mishandlings. I see some other comments regarding poor service and perhaps there are some bad apples in the bunch. However, I am here leaving a comment specifically because of their EXCELLENT SERVICE. Sometimes a little patience, understanding, and information is all that is needed.

Great service. Adoption rate among customers has been very low. But we love the service so much we are considering changing our model so that we pay for route coverage on all orders rather than leaving that decision up to our customers. The integration with Shopify is great. Looks professional and i believe is easy for customers to use. The Route triggered post sale communication with customers is perfect and on point re: letting them know how to use the Route coverage/file a claim.

Route is great. Adding the app onto our website has helped us out a lot. It makes it easier for our concierges to assist clients with their lost or stolen orders. Routes agents are on top of things and have fast respond times. They are very willing to work with you.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Get this app, it is a no brainer! It adds the trust factor that new customers need to buy on a random website! Even if you're an established brand, it's a great option/service to give your customers because of all of the craziness going on with shipping these days and theft of products on doorsteps. It costs you nothing and the customer has a choice to pay a minimal fee to get incredible protection, so you have nothing to lose. The app is not perfect, but they're trying to provide a great product that they're constantly improving as much as they can within the confines of Shopify's rules, are always very helpful and have great customer support. Give them a try and be patient if things aren't perfect right away. I've had Route since Summer 2020 and have definitely seen a boost in conversions and believe that Route contributed significantly to that increase in conversion.

Before I started with Route I had customers left and right making claims regarding packages lost, stolen or damaged. Now that we have installed Route it has given us a solution where there was not one on top of us losing money and customers.
