App doesn't work, keeps having bugs, have huge amout of clients reaching out, its not sustainable

We understand from your concerns that the tracking link sometimes directs you to the carrier's page instead of the Rush tracking page. This inconsistency has, understandably, affected your user experience, and for this we are deeply sorry. We absolutely appreciate your concerns, and your experience matters greatly to us. That's why we promptly responded to your request for a refund during your recent chat with our customer support team, refunding you for a full month, no questions asked. Our ultimate aim is to ensure our customers' satisfaction and to avoid any feeling of being unfairly treated or "locked in." In response to this issue, customer support had already notified our development team to thoroughly investigate the problem you're experiencing. We aim to identify if this issue is due to an interfering third-party app or an inconsistency within Rush itself. We expect this process could take up to a month, but please be assured that we are prioritizing transparency and open communication throughout this period. At this time, we are in the midst of transitioning some of our notification services. This transition aims to provide improved notifications for all our customers, including yourself. Given the potential complications that may arise from interrupting this process, we ask for your understanding in needing some time to troubleshoot and correct the problem you've encountered. As the service in question that we need to revisit will be replaced by this new migration. Please know, we genuinely understand your frustration and are committed to resolving the issues you've experienced as soon as we can allocate dedicated resources to the problem. In the interim, if you choose to continue with Rush, we've outlined a temporary manual fix for the tracking URL: 1. Go to Order Details. 2. Click on the three dots in the top right corner and select 'Edit tracking'. 3. In the open model, manually update the URL to direct to your tracking page. Overall great experience, super helpful as a dropshipper to get understanding of the "unknown gap" is time from China to US, before tracking kicks on. If you're saavy you can use their shipping event statuses to trigger email automation for updates on stages. I did this with Klaviyo then realized I need shopfiy plus to turn off certain emails, regardless still getting a lot of value out of the app -- it does what aftership cant for dropshipping

Great onboarding experience. I had a 45 min call with Gabriel. He explained everything very good. I will start using Rush App. No doubt ! If you ar starting with eccommerce , This app is the one to go for.

I've been using and testing the app for a couple of days now and are very happy with the functionality and how it integrates with our store! It is customizable so that it actually works with all of our 3 websites in a different language each! I tested through all the better tracking apps, and this was definitely working best with Shopify markets feature. It is translatable with Langshop and is even customizable with Shopify 2.0 themes. Also, Ken from the support team gave us very quick support with some mobile view customizations. And one more thing - it's one of the very few apps that shows you last mile carrier, which is a very useful feature, as we are sending to many countries in Europe.

Att visa lokala transportörer på spårningssidan minskade arbetet med kundsupport. Tidigare fick vi negativa erfarenheter av kunder som inte kände igen transportörerna, men nu kan vi ge dem en direkt telefonlinje när de missade leveransen av deras beställning eller vem de ska ringa för att boka om och be om de sista leveransuppgifterna. Detta hjälper oss att skapa en direkt kommunikation mellan lokala transportörer och kunder, i stället för att vara i mitten.
