App is super useful for a very reasonable price. I had a minor issue with the star rating showing up on my collections, so I emailed customer service, and they surprisingly fixed the issue within 10 minutes of me sending the email. Very impressive!

The application is good, it remains simple to configure overall, a small downside for me: it is not in French and I lost time translating and understanding certain steps or settings. The only setup I couldn't do, the support did it very quickly in the morning. The support team is friendly, quick and efficient. So this app is good for managing your customer reviews.

Estava com problemas no Ryviu á alguns dias os comentários não estavam aparecendo, entrei em contato com o suporte o atendimento foi super rápido, fui atendida pela Selina que prestou um atendimento de excelência e me ajudou resolver meu problema em segundos. Super recomendo este App e o atendimento.
