I've used many different review programs and it's great to use this app, especially for collecting reviews from Amazon. There are three fly in the ointment: (1) There is no comment promotion function, such as customer comments or sharing comments to get discounts, etc.; (2) There is no comment sharing function, and others cannot share comments on Twitter, Facebook, etc. (3) Uploading video comments is not supported.

L'app funziona perfettamente e quando ho avuto problemi lo staff mi ha aiutato in pochissimo tempo e risolto il mio problema Sarebbe meglio se fosse possibile avere una sezione per modificare la visione delle recensioni con il proprio tema

O aplicativo é bem bacana, fácil de usar. Dá um pouco de trabalho pra traduzir os comentários, mas no geral, é um bom app. Eu recomendo!

professional app support and a very great app. I have an issue with the star rating doesn't show on the product page and I chat with support and then solve it in a minute :) thanks for the great support Chloe

Easy to use. Time savvy. We can go on the whole day! I love it! It's not a 5 star rating because it does not support mobile but only desktop.

I`d like to have a feature allowing me to get reviews from another supplier of the same product but overall its a very nice app. As for customer service - They help you straight away with efficient matter.

The app is easy to install and ther is a great support really availlable to answer any question. Thanks a lot. However a lower price for listing in Amazon would be better.

The app worked really well and brought in AliExpress reviews quite quickly into our store. The only thing was that the pre-populated fields for products such as colour and size didn't always import properly, but with some minor manual clean-up it works perfectly

Our app will install snippet codes in the current theme which is activated when you have installed it only, so if you have changed your theme then you will need to add snippet codes again for it refer to this instruction: https://docs.ryviu.com/en/articles/1398594-how-to-show-reviews-after-changing-or-updating-the-theme-on-your-shopify-store It will need a little technical experience to install, so if you don't know how then please feel free to contact us, then we will fix it for you. This app is wonderful and has lots of nice features, like editing the review widget with the colors you like so that the color scheme matches that of your store. The support team was also very helpful and responds quickly. That said if you use another Spotify app to edit your store pages you might run into incompatibilities with this app. I use pagefly to edit all of my product pages and the score rating did not appear on my pages, and the review widget appeared at an incorrect position, so I had to edit the code myself to place the widgets where I wanted. The documentation for editing the code was somewhat helpful but pretty lackluster so I mostly had to guess where to add the code, but in the end, it worked out. Besides this problem, I really like the app and it was a great addition to my store.
