Selina was incredibly helpful and patient. I reached out because I couldn’t figure out why my reviews weren’t importing, and she checked everything right away. I have been setting up my store for the past year and have tried other Review Apps during the process. Each time I try an alternative to Ryviu, I regret the move and come back to Ryviu. It is for me the review App that provides me with comparable reviews to other well known large brand shopping websites both in quality and numbers. Customer support replies promptly and made changes as I needed within a reasonable time. Great App, Great support!
