App was a little buggy at first, but the chat support fixed the problem right away. Like within 1 min they responded. I have never seen that with any app on shopify. AMAZING support. Way better then LOOX IMO

This application is really great, the customer service support is very timely, and it can even help me optimize the font of the website! It's really amazing! Love them so much!!!

Pretty useful, and customizable, and if you want to move review section to be below the product tittle or not customer service Yen is the best to help you out!

Amazing app. Looks great on my store and has all the features I need at a relatively low price. Also, the support team answers very fast and they did everything i requested. I would definitely recommend!

I love them! Had issues adding reviews to my site-but the agent gave a fast response.Be mindful of different time zones if no reply when you send your message at first , quick fix, great app!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are very helpful

I use Ryviu's app to bring in AliExpress reviews to my store's products. Their customer service is excellent. They could improve "the how to" runbook for better usability.

I have tried other review apps. I have just started using RYVIU and it is my absolute favorite until now. I had a request to change a few things on my page regarding the position of my reviews, I contacted the support team, and Selina solved my issues. In 2 minutes. She was great and the app is great.
