The program is very easy to use and does everything I need it to do. The pricing is very reasonable and I will upgrade my subscription when the time comes. Customer support is most helpful. And I like how the app widget for reviews shows up on the product page in clear sight. Also, it is easy for customers to see the "Write a review" option on the product page. It's so easy! This encourages them to write a review.
