So before I installed this app, I read all the reviews and it felt like they were written by employees because they were all so good. Gave it a shot and don't regret it one bit. The app itself is amazing. It has a very easy to use wizard that gets you set up quickly and you can customize almost everything. Not only can you customize everything, they even have designers on the clock to help to provide assistance for even the smallest customizations. Customer service is easily one of the best out of all the shopify apps. The people are quick and very polite. It's very rare where I feel compelled to write a review when I have something to say postiive. App 10/10 Customer Service 10/10.

I started using the S Loyalty program in late September and it has already shown great success. Just getting word out to our existing customers has been easy. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to increase customer loyalty to use S Loyalty as their program.

S Loyalty App is One of the Best Loyalty point app, very easy and user friendly to setup and has a lot of possibilities. Excellent Customer service support team, came back to us with some proactive suggestion and got them Implemented in no time. Great loyalty point app with lots of customisation options. It manages to use quite smoothly the wonky coupon system of Shopify, really helps to make things as painless as possible. Importantly, the support is top notch, I've asked for help and tweaks numerous times and the S Loyalty team is always there and very fast. They were also very upfront and honest when I had a couple of problems with some new features of S Loyalty. Very happy with S loyalty all around, we would recommend this app to anyone looking for loyalty points systems in Shopify.

Perfect loyalty program, easily set up. I can see a lot of new clients registering to the program and get welcome points and some of them already converted! Support team is extra. I inadvertently remove the app from my shopify and while I though I've lost all my client points, they were able to reinstall everything as if nothing had happened, in a snap! I highly recommend it.

We love S Loyalty! I know that I personally purchase from several sites that you earn points with, and it is a factor in my returning there to shop. For our business it is very costly to run coupons- Frequently it results in a loss when we do. This app lets us reward the customers that return on a regular basis. Not just people looking for a "steal" lol- No loss! We are just at the end of our trial period and have no hesitation to join. Sara and her team personalized the tab so that it would match our logo- Without us asking. Great customer service :)

This App and the team behind it are "The BOMB!" They have bent over backwards to get the whole thing up and running smoothly, helping us migrate points over from our previous platform, and sorting out a tech glitch with Shopify techs, and all with never a hesitation. If you are looking for an App to build customer bonds, and are considering which loyalty app to use, I highly recommend S Loyalty, for both its functionality as well as its outstanding customer service. 5 stars.

Great App. Really helps drive customer loyalty. The app pays for itself with the customers redeeming the points. It also makes your website look and feel professional! I definitely recommend using this program. We have around 8 stores on shopify and they all use SLoyalty Its just like a reward program that major retailers have. The customers can earn points by making purchases or subscribing and use the points to purchase gifts. 5 Star Rating. Also one of the most impressive aspect of this tool is their customer service. I feel there are a few loyalty programs on the shopify app store but this one take the cake because of their superior customer service and understanding.

We've been using S-Loyalty for about a year and have always found it easy to use - from installation to ease of use for customers. Fantastic customer service from the app team, and the improvements lately on the customization are the icing on the cake! My biggest request would be the option to offer shoppers cash back for shares that convert, which is definitely a better incentive than points. That being said, S-Loyalty does what it advertises and then some, thanks to their proactive support team. Nice!

Amazing tool and amazing support. I highly recommend this tool and the support you get is incredible. They really care about their customers. I have around 8 stores on shopify and I use this tool for all the stores. It really creates customers loyalty and increases repurchase.

Customer service is great! We have well over 30,000 customers in our Shopify but we don't get that many orders a month. S Loyalty created a custom subscription plan to fit our store's needs. Highly recommend.

Powerful tools. Great service. They even helped with some customization! This app is an easy and affordable way to integrate multiple retention tools into your store.... I recommend it!
