So far this app has been great! Customers appreciate the opportunity to earn points and redeem as they like from choices. Would like the opportunity to further customize the pop colors or more info on adding the embedded widget - where to add widget code to the theme code. I will probably have to contact my theme developers for this once we have to upgrade.

Fantastic app! Easy to install and get running. I was able to customize the number of points you earn for every dollar spent, which was just what I needed to match the existing program in my bricks-and-mortar store. Looking forward to signing up many more customers!

You need to update the look of the landing page/pop-up box. Bold font, stronger color and box outline. Make it pop, literally.

Of all the apps we installed S Loyalty had the smoothest and most well put together process and user interface. We are hopeful that it will continue to ecxeed our expectations.

Great app. well integrated with our website: http://urbiana.co.uk We could see a few orders flowing in instantly from the facebook fan builder and re-orders also picked up! We would appreciate if they include referral codes for each customer that we can print and give to customer so that they can pass on reference even manually in the physical world!

So far so good. I've seen a growth in our sales once we added the customer loyalty program. It was easy to set up, and had a clean interface.

Good app that let's have a little individuality while using it. Only issue I have is the widget does not have a clear sign up link on it and some people can't figure out the steps to become a member because of it. Other than that I like it and has helped my company (www.superiorpecans.com) grow.

So far so good. Signed up for the free trial a few days ago and had people signing up immediately. The dashboard is amazing…I can track the number of people who have signed up and see how many of them actually made a purchase on-line. You can see direct ROI immediately.

Positive experience thus far. Intuitive interface and easy to setup. Our customers are accumulating points and they're happier for it. We'd recommend it.

I just signed up and the app seems great so far. I agree with the reviewer below that minor customizations should be included in the basic plan ($20/month), such as customizing the email templates sent to customers when they sign up for and redeem rewards. For $240/year, I would also think we should be able to customize the name of the rewards program and do minor style customizations to the widgets.
