We absolutely love this app. The customer service is impeccable as well. I truly enjoyed working with Anthony and they customized our loyalty widget which works perfectly with our website. Thanks again

It is the best app we have so far. It brings value to shop owners and customers. We have increased the list of our loyal customers significantly and the loyalty programme is very smartly designed. It is very easy to use and it does work because who does not like to be rewarded for being a loyal customer!

This is the best loyalty app. Too bad they took away features they use to have when I signed up with my online other online store.

Their support program is very helpful and replies in a timely manner! We were able to get our issue resolved quickly and make an additional change to make things quicker in the future.

Great product and outstanding, responsive support. Missing a couple of features we would like, however the developers are responsive to adding new features.

As a small business I debated as to which Loyalty Program to use. I really like S Loyalty for the customized graphic that you can place into the loyalty tab window - that really helps to streamline your branding. Unfortunately, with the basic intro plan you can only offer a fixed dollar amount off or a set %; no points for Facebook sharing, Facebook/Tweeter likes, referrals or birthday rewards. I ultimately decided on SweetTooth as their intro plan is free for the first 500 customer accounts. S Loyalty looks GREAT on your site (you can even customize the look of the tab) but ultimately I had to vote with my budget in mind.

Promises a lot. Great and easy app to "install" half of it. If you want to add the reward link near your "cart" and "my account" link you must do it yourself. They don't offer this kind of support where you need to edit the code of your theme. So they have a support articles based in one theme that's it's nothing like the other one's. The fonts of our theme are not supported.

Good Support -- though I wish they had phone support, as it takes about 12-24 hours for a response even on small inquiries (not sure if we are in very different time zones or not?). Nevertheless the questions are always answered and any small things are addressed. Great concept and implements without any major headaches. Customers appreciate the rewards as well. Certainly worth checking out.

We have been very happy with S Loyalty and our customers love using it. Just recently updated our Shopify theme and they re installed the app for us right away. Great job guys!

This app certainly ticks all the boxes for me. I needed something that I could easily customise and would git well with my site. It's super easy to use nothing difficult what so ever. If you're looking to add loyalty points to your store then this has to be your choice. Also great support team well who actually approached me about making some tweaks that would improve the branding - best of all they did it for free too.

Works great and really simplifies the process. Customer service is lightening quick and very helpful. One of the better apps for Shopify.
