Just set up this loyalty Rewards Program so I'm not sure of the results yet but the install was pretty simple.Will give four stars now and will give five after I see how well it works.

We are using the App for two of our online stores and are happy with the ease of use and responsiveness from the team. The Loyalty program is easy to set up, manage and run and would recommend it.

A little pricey, but works as expected. Tech support is good, new features being added regularly. I wish the widget font could be customized to match the site font. It would make it look much more customized.

It's worked great thus far and my customers love it - however, it's very expensive for a monthly app for a small business like mine. I don't like that it's based on your monthly order average rather than a set amount of users.

I really don't like the branding, but that's about it! S Loyalty gives all kinds of options for rewards specifically percentage for me.

Great app and easy to use. Love the slick tab we can have on our site and an extensive range of rewards. The customer service is great and responsive. Keep innovating S Loyalty!

AMAZING SUPPORT! Anthony has been timely and incredibly helpful during set up and with our upgrade this year. Absolutely terrific app. Pricing is definitely fair. We really wish shopify allowed for % off of products + minimum order amount in a specific collection. If this were the case we would absolutely use SLoyalty for all of our discount types and this would make it so much easier for customers to navigate.We realize this is not an SLoyalty issue. Also, we like to add a customer's loyalty points to their packing slip to give them extra incentive. Currently we have to write their points manually on their slips. Setup is very easy and customization of the rewards screen is fantastic - it really allows you to create a screen that fits seamlessly into the look of your site. Right now, the rewards are somewhat one dimensional. It would be nice to allow customers to earn points by liking social media pages, sharing posts, referring others, etc.

While a bit on the pricey side, we have found S Loyalty to be a wonderful addition to our business. It is very easy to set up and use and our customers seem to have really taken to the rewards program. I would also like to say that I've used S Loyalty on two platforms, BigCommerce and Shopify, and support was excellent at helping us migrate all of our Loyalty accounts over to Shopify from Bigcommerce. Anthony in particular was very, very helpful. Overall, definitely recommend SLoyalty.
