I had a different popular loyalty/rewards app that did not work. This one is extremely user-friendly and easy to set up! Launched my reward system right away. They also add the rewards/points for previous purchases so I don't have to add them myself! AWESOME

We have already installed the Sloyalty in all our websites. Crystal provides amazing customer service. Very easy to set up!

So far so good. Just installed it and we are beginning to work on customizing it to our needs. Seems really good so far and is the best rewards app we have used.

so far so groovy!! =) I migrated to S Loyalty from Smile.io ... the main reason was because I wanted to be able to offer "Bonus Point" weekends. and also, Smile.io just became way too expensive for me. (I originally opted for Smile.io for the "refer a friend" feature and "slider" at checkout ... but at the end of the day, the "refer a friend" wasn't working as well as I had hoped *and* the slider at checkout was causing a lot of confusion for my international ESL customers) Crystal has been incredible during my migration to S Loyalty. (they seamlessly transferred my customer data over and helped me with the customization for the new program) ... I just officially launched, so I have not had to deal with much customer-related trouble shooting yet, but I couldn't be happier. I will update this review if anything crazy happens over the next few weeks/months. THANKS A MILLION!!! YAY!

We love S Loyalty as they have allowed us to provide an incredible loyalty program to reward customers for shopping with us. The refer a friend feature has been instrumental in helping get our products referred to friends of customers. Great App! Super easy to use and to set-up. Any questions the team are quick to respond on the live chat and are incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond helping me change the settings, running a full check and making sure no customers missed out on points after updating. Highly recommend!

SLoyalty has been a very smooth implementation of a rewards program for our business, https://Yunomi.life The decision to remove customer acquisition feature like rewards for referrals was unfortunately a disappointment to many existing customers though....which what I wrote initially, but SLoyalty immediately contacted me with instructions on how to integrate SLoyalty with Referral Candy to create a referral system rewarding customers with SLoyalty points. Looking good!!
