Easy to use and great feature!. Have quite a few members signed up after we added this app. The ONLY DRAWBACK is for their refer-a-friend feature, the system only allows us to give points to the referral as opposed to credits. We prefer to give cash credit, as it is much more attractive. However, when I email them, they respond right away and said they are looking to work on this feature as other people have also asked about this feature. Can't wait till they roll that out, then this app will be perfect!

Amazing app. If you offer your customers like 100 points and 100 points equals free shipping, they will sign up for an account which is what is needed to make a business survive, customer emails.

Update: we're using this app again. I don't really have much track record with it (about 10 or so customers have signed up), but it is no longer messing up our order confirmation page. As I noted below, it has a solid feature set, the only negatives I have on it are the somewhat slow customer service (days for a response to almost every email) and the lack of CSS-like style and text/copy customization to the widget, offer pages and emails, which limits our ability to brand the experience or communicate in our voice. Also, they show their brand on the pages at bottom, even after you start paying $50 a month, which is unusual from the other loyalty apps I have tried (all of them, btw). Once we see some results, I'll come back and review again to let you know how that worked out. **** Prior review below. I have now cancelled this service. The only response that I received was that my problem had been fixed...and it had not. From what I can tell they didn't even read the support ticket. Maybe this is the "Support Page?" I'll let you know if they actually reach out to me to fix the bug....otherwise caveat emptor! *** I like this app, but it has broken my order confirmation page -- or so Shopify says. I'm sure they'll fix it shortly, right guys? It has the best feature set of all of the ones we tried (pretty much all of them), so I'm paying for the $49 membership and diving in!

Awesome app. Has generated so much more customer interest in my store than I could alone. Highly recommended.

Easy to install and use app, can customise your own rewards, give rewards for referrals and manually add/subtract reward points if need be (we encouraged customers who'd shopped with us prior to the reward point system to sign up, to receive a certain number of bonus points). Our customers seem excited by the rewards program and it is certainly a small price to pay for repeat business and referrals!

Really impressed with all of the functions this app has. I was looking into some other referral based apps but this one does everything and more. I can already see how this app is going to help to build my customer base. 5 STARS all the way!

Positive experience thus far. Intuitive interface and easy to setup. Our customers are accumulating points and they're happier for it. We'd recommend it.

Loving that this app retains new and interested prospective customers through it's fan loyalty program. Just started using through free trial but so far liking the results. The only negative so far is that it's not mobile capable for all mobile phones, showing the pop up screen so large that customers can't opt out and shop if they choose to however they said they are working on it.

I was blown away by how far above and beyond Sara went to show me that they appreciated our business. Definitely appreciated! App is very useful and glitch free. Our customers love it!

So far so good. I just installed the app and if it delivers on all that it promises - it should be an excellent add-on for a reasonable price. I have been looking for an app like this for quite some time now and have spoken to some of the other companies who offer similar programs. I have to mention that even before installing the app I had a number of questions for the team at SLoyalty and they took the time to discuss these with me over the phone -- which was very helpful and greatly appreciated.

Normally I am not inclined to write reviews on anything but, this time I am making an exception for S Loyalty.Great app plus Easy to use and Setup. The installation was a breeze, under 10 min total. I recommend this app especially for small to medium size stores. You not only get Points System you also get the Referral System with it, all for a low price. Give it a try! You won't be disappointed. 5/5 stars.

What an awesome app and Perfect for Boutiques... I posted on Facebook that We offer Reward points and We got many more Likes for our Page.. Very excited and perfect for my business.
