As a small business I debated as to which Loyalty Program to use. I really like S Loyalty for the customized graphic that you can place into the loyalty tab window - that really helps to streamline your branding. Unfortunately, with the basic intro plan you can only offer a fixed dollar amount off or a set %; no points for Facebook sharing, Facebook/Tweeter likes, referrals or birthday rewards. I ultimately decided on SweetTooth as their intro plan is free for the first 500 customer accounts. S Loyalty looks GREAT on your site (you can even customize the look of the tab) but ultimately I had to vote with my budget in mind.

Good Support -- though I wish they had phone support, as it takes about 12-24 hours for a response even on small inquiries (not sure if we are in very different time zones or not?). Nevertheless the questions are always answered and any small things are addressed. Great concept and implements without any major headaches. Customers appreciate the rewards as well. Certainly worth checking out.

Good app. Simple set up. Looks nice too on the website. Nice features. Good service through support@ . More could be said on how to determine 'point value'. I found the info elsewhere with another app supplier. Deleted Discount coupons are not automatically updated on Shopify. They sometimes are out of synch. Need close management. Good app. I recommend.

The customer service and super fast response from S Loyalty has been very impressive and made the set up much smoother and very easy. It's a great template to use for rewards and the back end is very simple. The app is a little expensive as we needed to go for the gold version for our needs and we were not able to exclude sale items from the rewards program or customise automated emails, but otherwise very impressed so far and customers responding to the offers.

The app itself works great. We haven't had any issues with it so far. When we updated our theme, the app stopped working, so we thought maybe it would need to be reinstalled. Big mistake. Removing the app wiped all of our S Loyalty data, but the fantastic support team at S Loyalty had our rewards program back up and running in no time! Their customer service is really great and we are glad we chose S Loyalty for our rewards and referral program. UPDATE: One downside of the S Loyalty app that you should be aware of is that customers can only redeem their points and apply the coupon to one item in the cart. This means that if your customer redeems a $20 coupon, and they don't have anything greater than $20 in the cart, then they won't actually get $20 off their purchase--even if their total is greater than $20.

We are a small but hard working company making sewn accessories. Our customers are very loyal and buy repeatedly. This was a great way to reward them for this and thank them for their continued support. This app works great and is very simple, straight-forward, and makes sense once you use it and see it in action. We haven't any negative issues -only positive- and they even created the widget to have our logo on it for free. Much appreciated! I'll give it 5 stars when it adds a few additional features like social media sharing rewards, ability to add a free product as a reward (that doesn't let the customer choose the product color), or other ways to reward customers with points for other achievements. I don't want to manually keep track of any of this- and I doubt any company large enough to offer a rewards program has the time to do so. Cheers for having such a smooth running app! My customers went nuts for it! And our sales boosted instantly when we installed it. I look forward to tempting them with points in the future.

The app is easy to install and fairly useful. It only can be used after checkout and customers cannot access their detail after. I had some difficulty with the customer service, but the responded quickly after they saw my frustration and helped fix the issues.

Great app, will help build our customer base nicely. All it's lacking is the ability to change when the emails can be sent out. Has to be 14 days for points reminder, would have preferred to be able to mkae this longer.

Been a great app so far and will help to build our customer base even further. The only issue we have is that you can't change the timings of reminders email, which doesn't allow us to send them out when we want to. 14 days isn't long enough for us.

Almost a "Great" app! It is a very solid 4 stars and offers a decent amount of options. What makes S Loyalty really stand out is the dashboard and ease of use not to mention the customer service which they take very seriously. I will admit I was disappointed to find out that the "Fan Overlay" was removed especially when so many small businesses look to social media to help grow and brand their business. S Loyalty did provide me a response but perhaps S Loyalty will reconsider and add it back as a "Paid Option" to at least give customers the option to use it. If they don't it's a business decision which I get as there are always costs involved. During my initial review I provided some options that I felt would be of great value to both S Loyalty and to us business owners. They quickly got back to me and addressed each of my recommendations with most of them currently in the development stage which would be a huge plus once available. Overall I would recommend this app for those who are looking for a Loyalty program to add to their business.

S Loyalty has been working great. I really like the unobtrusive reward tab in the bottom corner of the site. And, I like that I can customize the reward program to fit the feel of our site. I turned off the fan builder because I'm not a big fan of the pop up on the first visit. But, that's just my personal taste.

Love it, it's awesome. My customers love it after just 14 days, and in the free trial the app already paid for itself for the year, so we're solid. We love it. I recommend any business big or small take advantage of this. 4 stars because I think their customer service could improve upon their responsiveness. Also, other small tiny things like easily deleting a customer from the program and seeing it automatically reflect.

Very easy to use. Great refer a friend features. I would recommend this app! Downsides are the default reward button on your website looks tacky unless you have your web designer customize it. Other downside is the free trial should be 30 days, 14 days isn't enough time to assess the impact on your company.

Easy to implement and adds value for customers. Just wish we could do more customizations to the basic plan rather than going for the premium plans just to do this. Perhaps an option to redeem points for dollar discounts (ie. 15 points = $15 rebate) would be great.

Easy to use program. It would be nice to have easier access to customizations without having to pay the much higher monthly fee. Such features as: change color schemes, link pop-up to newsletter service like Constant Contact or MailChimp, add custom image to pop-up. Other than the lack of custom features, this program does well for a simple rewards/loyalty program that is user friendly for both the store owner and the customers.
