I wanted a SIMPLE customer LOYALTY REWARDS plan and a SIMPLE platform. S Loyalty is exactly THAT. User friendly for everyone involved and believe me I'm no program savvy. Customer service is quick via support email. And the plans are reasonably priced for even the smallest businesses. -Chantal

Used it for almost 14 days. S loyalty makes it exciting for the shoppers to make a return purchase as their points can be converted into value that can help buyers to save. In this budget tight world who does not want to save. To entice sign up, S Loyalty also has welcome points, where it makes it entice signing up of account for as the loyalty for the website.

So far so good. I've seen a growth in our sales once we added the customer loyalty program. It was easy to set up, and had a clean interface.

The installation was straightforward and hassle-free. I like the loyalty widget and app for making the job of running a rewards program simple. The fan-builder and refer-a-friend app were not as useful for me as they didn't covert customers very well for me. This may be very specific to my store though, not a fault of the app itself. The downside to the app is the lack of customisation. The basic widgets colours do not work with my website and nor does it use neutral colours. I would really like to customise it, but the plan that allows such customisation is far too expensive. That's the reason for the four stars and not five.

Great product, easy to use and set up. the only thing that stops me from giving it a 5 star rating is the fan builder. it would be nice if you could choose if you want people to like your social media pages and/or provide an email. I would like it to be geared more towards building a social audience and not just collecting emails from people. Most people have been putting in just an email address and never liking our engaging with our social media pages. It would also be nice if you could delete coupon codes from the system on your own once created. And the only other thing would be helpful is if this linked up to mailchimp when you do get emails so they can get added to a list, it does not however. Still, with that said, this is a really, really good product.

Great App. Very useful, I would recommend to every one who want to build a long-term relationship with customers. The only thing that's not good enough for me is the language. Not every area in the store front can be customized. I mean, I don't need a total translation, just open all the store front area and let me customize by myself, that's enough. Hope in the future this can be done. Then I will love love love this app.

Great tool for increasing potential customers! Hoping to get some kind of email integration with MailChimp to connect the database in the future! It's great to see positive results from the app right away. Would like to get some kind of embedding script of the loyalty points information to post on a custom page to have a link to entice people to join outside of the website. A great product that will complement on going marketing efforts to build web traffic to your store. Support has been prompt in replies, but still hoping they will solve the issue with mobile versions of your shopify store a priority. Currently works great with desktop sites, but refer a friend pop up window does not work on the mobile version. When they fix the issue, I'll be happy to change the rating to 5 stars.

This is a great app and there was a lot of interest in it when we rolled it out. It's pretty easy to set up and it integrates well with our site. If they would allow you to assign custom names to the rewards and if the redemption codes were automatically applied to the customer's cart then it would be 5 stars for me. The reason for the latter is obvious--customers can get confused so easily and making them enter it themselves it adds an extra step--but the reason I'd like to name rewards is primarily for the shipping incentives. I wanted to have a Priority upgrade and an Express upgrade as rewards, but the way it looks is confusing since it just says Free Shipping up to $9.99 and Free Shipping up to $19.99. A customer might not understand what they are getting. I think I could get rid of any confusion if I could name my own rewards. Maybe that will come in an update. Overall, a great app and a good way to keep customers coming back.

Easy to install and many possibilities. Only thing that I wish for were that it should be possible to customize the colors of the overlay. It don't match my shop very well.

I researched several apps before selecting S Loyalty. I like the multi-prong approach that is built in for current customers, building new customers, and growing social media fans. We've already had some new customer accounts join because they want points and we look forward to seeing some new customers come from the Refer-A-Friend. Super easy to install, works pretty seamlessly. My only wish is that for Fan Builder email sign-ups, it could be automatically connected to my email service (MailChimp) but otherwise, all is well with S Loyalty!

Great app! Easy installation…didn't need my web designer's help. Our customer's had a positive response. Many customers signed up within minutes of the installation. During the free trial we saw our Facebook fan numbers increase as well.

Good app that let's have a little individuality while using it. Only issue I have is the widget does not have a clear sign up link on it and some people can't figure out the steps to become a member because of it. Other than that I like it and has helped my company (www.superiorpecans.com) grow.
