Great loyalty point app with lots of customisation options. It manages to use quite smoothly the wonky coupon system of Shopify, really helps to make things as painless as possible. Importantly, the support is top notch, I've asked for help and tweaks numerous times and the S Loyalty team is always there and very fast. They were also very upfront and honest when I had a couple of problems with some new features of S Loyalty. Very happy with S loyalty all around, we would recommend this app to anyone looking for loyalty points systems in Shopify.

This App and the team behind it are "The BOMB!" They have bent over backwards to get the whole thing up and running smoothly, helping us migrate points over from our previous platform, and sorting out a tech glitch with Shopify techs, and all with never a hesitation. If you are looking for an App to build customer bonds, and are considering which loyalty app to use, I highly recommend S Loyalty, for both its functionality as well as its outstanding customer service. 5 stars.

Easy to install, was up in running in only a few minuets. Our customers are very excited for the new rewards. Developer was very responsive to questions and even volunteered to help with some custom installation. Very happy so far!!!

Although have only had the app one day thus far and still in trial period---love it! Great response from customers!!! The support team (contact was Sara) is amazing - quick response time and went above and beyond and stayed in communication with me!! Can't say enough good things about S Loyalty!

Just did a trial of the new APP-could not be easier to install and when I did have some questions, the support team was GREAT! Timely and helpful. Having a rewards/loyalty program is critical in our competitive market. After using the Suite for the trial period, I have signed up for the APP. I have gotten feedback from my customer on how excited they are to get points. AND have see additional business with people using the rewards program and fan building. I would highly recommend this feature! Thank you

Absolutely perfect app for what we are looking for. Does everything we expected. The default Point Bar is a little poor looking but with the option to apply it to anywhere in your site with customizing is a great bonus. Recommend it to everyone looking for a Loyalty Program.

This has been very helpful tool to create loyalty. Our customers really liked the loyalty program. They were so happy to gain some "Monkey Points" for their past orders too! Also, fan builder is working very well. Our newsletter subscriptions increased rapidly after starting to use this app. We've been looking at other apps like this but this is clearly the most intelligently built app and the programs other than the "refer a friend" tool ended up being the most effective ones. They are also helpful and responsive when I seek for help.

We love being able to connect with our customers, offer incentives, and show our appreciation all at the same time. This is the best app for customer loyalty that we have found. The great part about this app is that after logging into their account; the customer is reminded of their point totals automatically. Our previous platform did not offer this functionality which left many rewards points simply unclaimed. Not the case with this app. 5 Stars all the way! ~Selah~

Honestly this app has been a huge addition to our online store. It has allowed our customers to become MUCH more loyal and repeat buyers. Sara has been nothing short of helpful the entire time and has been very quick to respond to all of my emails. I 100% recommend this app to any Shopify store looking to gain loyal, repeat buyers! :)

Only had this app running for a few days - but getting traffic, emails, referrals coming in! Still need to explore everything this app offers - but so far am liking it just fine!
