Shalepify’s customer service is top-notch! Whenever I’ve had a question or issue, they’ve been incredibly responsive and helpful. The team goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. The app itself is easy to use, but it’s the outstanding support that really sets it apart. Highly recommend!

Die App funktioniert sehr gut. Für die Einrichtung in Deutsch bedarf es zuerst (wie fast immer) einige Zeit zum Übersetzen. Aber dann tut sie was sie soll. An sich ist das meiste selbsterklärend und schnell eingerichtet. Bei Fragen oder wenn man mal etwas auf dem Schlauch steht ist der Support schnell und sehr hilfreich. Vielen Dank an Jocelyn!

I had an excellent experience with Jocelyn! I recently added this app in an effort to boost sales. I like the fact that this app has the option to either add the free gift to the art automatically, or allow the customer to select their free gift. We rotate weekly promotions, and there was a small issue with that. I reached out to tech support, and they worked quickly to walk me through resolving it, and updating my store. I sometimes get frustrated working with tech support, however Jocelyn was awesome, responded quickly and professionally and most importantly set my expectations and met them. Thank you for awesome tech support.
