Salepify is the very definition of "BEST TECHNICAL SUPPORT" of all the companies we've worked with. It was a pleasure working with Linh and Jocelyn in figuring out whether an additional feature we were looking for was possible in Salepify. Though it wasn't possible in the restricted timeline, they were very attentive, provided numerous alternative options. So if you're looking for a clean, goal-based progress bar for tiered discount pricing or a BOGO...this is the app to go!

This app is very easy to set up and start offering upsells and gifts with purchase. Their customer support has been helpful and quick with responding, despite being in a different time zone. We're pretty new to Shopify but already this app can be credited with a conversion or two.

Great app! Very easy to use and a great way to build out offers that I wasn't able to do in the past. Couple issues in the beginning but the customer service team was extremely helpful and fast to answer and resolve (shoutout to Linh). For a free app, it doesn't get much better than this.

Shalepify’s customer service is top-notch! Whenever I’ve had a question or issue, they’ve been incredibly responsive and helpful. The team goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. The app itself is easy to use, but it’s the outstanding support that really sets it apart. Highly recommend!
