Poor Customer Support and Accidental Subscription Issue I recently started exploring the Scalify app and was initially impressed with its features during the trial period. However, things took a turn for the worse when the app was accidentally approved for a subscription while we were still in the trial phase. Despite reaching out to both Scalify support and Shopify support immediately, we received no response from Scalify for over 15 days. As a result, we were charged $49.00 USD (₹4,149.92) for the Basic Plan (2024-07-03 to 2024-08-02). We had hoped to resolve this issue swiftly and continue evaluating the app, but the lack of response and support has been highly disappointing. We request a refund for the subscription charge and urge Scalify to improve their customer service to better assist users facing similar issues. Until this matter is resolved, I cannot recommend this app to others

We installed this app but by mistake it got uninstalled immediately and after that it is not being installed again and the payment was also made on monthly basis, this is not right. When we install it again, the issue comes and then they get it installed at the end of the month so that they can take our payment again.

Stay clear of this app. The scaling options are good an easy, but thats the only thing that works. Its full of bugs, you get errors on almost every page. apart from that its missing important advertising options. Also, they say Google Analytics is supported while it really is not. (old versions yes, GA 4 not) Lastly, the customer support is absolutely aweful. it sometimes takes weeks before they reply, and when they reply their answers are not helpful. Please, do yourself a favor and stay clear of this app and company.

I really wanted to like this app but unfortunatly it's not as good as I thought. No template pre-made to help building the ADS, no active support, and when you start an ads "worldwide" only Indian people and bots visit your website, thats kinda strange right ? Oh and talking about account attached to the app, it's buggy. I had to add my Google account many times for it to finally... not work. Bad experience :(

Hi CherryGoddess, Thank you for trying Scalify and taking the time to review the app. Kindly note that Scalify is a badged Meta Ad Technology partner; we use the same API as Meta's own Ads Manager. If you've attempted to launch the same campaign via the Ads Manager, you'll get the same results as both platforms—Scalify & Meta—use the same API. Now, when you launch a campaign with worldwide targeting, it's normal for the algorithm to favor a specific location if it detects good CPA (Cost-Per-Action) coming from that location. This is in fact, documented by Meta themselves: https://www.facebook.com/business/help/285255905140138 Regarding bots, please note that Meta sends bots to your website to determine if it's eligible for ads and to verify if it's working or not. You don't get billed for these bot visits. This has been documented by thousands of advertisers, and you can learn more here: https://autoleadstar.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360039889971-Facebook-Google-Bot-Traffic Regarding support not being active, please note that you can access support from "?" on the bottom right of the page. Regarding not being able to connect your Google account, this has been indeed an issue that was fixed shortly. We're not quite sure which other bugs you're referring to. They need chat support. My account disappeared and it took me many emails to find out why when if they had support I could have done it in 5 minutes. Also, I replied within 1/2 hour of their email to me and it's late the next day before they get back to me in EST. It's a Madgicx wannabe. They need a lot more development before it is on par with it. I got a LTD so it will be worth it in the long run I think. It is simpler to use than Madgicx at this time because it doesn't do all the same things. ***Update. I guess someone read this review and although it was by email I was finally able to go back and forth with the lovely Maria and get my issue and a ton of questions I had answered within a couple of hours today.

This is an excellent app, It is very user friendly and help me with the creating Facebook ads campaign with ease. It saves me so much of time, which otherwise I would need to spend with the facebook ads campaign. Highly recommended.

I've been getting Scalify ads since forever so I took the free trial. The UI and UX are great and the support team were very responsive at answering my questions. I tried both Revealbot and Magicx and neither had solid features like Scalify.

I love this app. Been using it for over a year to launch new lookalikes. With the new I can now also launch new campaigns much faster than on facebook. There are also tons of great features that am still discovering. The support team has always been quick whenever I needed help. Keep it up.

Here's your ticket ID: 2851 this has been issued to me for some time but yet no response from the support. I have paid $29 for the subscription but could not access the app even my URL is correctly input. I had it uninstalled thought I could reinstall again but when I did eventually reinstalled the app, it asked me to pay for a subscription again in order to access the app. I did not pay for the 2nd for installing the app and therefore I am stuck. You mean I am supposed to pay twice? I am very frustrated as I need to work on my FB ad urgently. I am now thinking to ask for my money back now.

It could be faster by saving previous models of scalling. Like we can predefine settings on audience and number of audiences for each event, and just select campaign, ad post and model.

Bad. when you create audiences to quickly and adsets like in scalify. you have more of a potential to get your ad rejected and possibly banned. Also cutsomer service was not good. I tried to ask if you make a custom audience and as soon as the custom audience is created you make all these lookalikes.. won't the lookalikes not be as powerful since it takes time for the custom audience to gather your data.. so basically your making lookalikes off low data from a custom audience that has not finished populating. Also weird how as soon as i made ads with scalify i got like 60 ireland visitors within a minute. This app is not very useful to me

Hi General Village, Thank you for taking the time to evaluate Scalify and we’re sorry it was not useful to you. Publishing an ad through the Facebook UI or through the Facebook API is not different. Scalify uses the Facebook API and is an approved app by both Facebook and Shopify. So there is no reason to think that Scalify was responsible for Facebook not approving your ad. As for your question, your lookalike audiences and custom audiences sync; you don't have to waste your time waiting for every custom audience to populate in order to create a lookalike audience, as the lookalike audience will update its size automatically once the custom audience is done populating. Scalify’s role is restricted to automating the process of audience creation using Facebook’s API, it is indeed strange to get spam traffic from your ads. Hoorible customer service and bad app , did not get the audience but guess what they charged 3 month for not using the app plus you can not even chat via messenger ..if you try to send an email you can not you can not contact them via mobile , only desktop and you can only press get started to wait a response that will never come worst experience ever ..not worth 1$

We don't have any access to your billing information nor the ability to charge you. That's why we went ahead and issued a refund request to Shopify's billing team on your behalf and cc'd you in the email the same day of this review.
