This app is fantastic. Every time I've wanted to customize something, the feature/field to do so was available. I reached out to support for one customization I couldn't figure out, and they (Umida) replied within a few minutes with such a great simple to follow solution (which of course they had already built in as a feature)

Excellent customer support! The support team was very responsive and helpful in implementing the collection filters. They provided clear instructions and multiple solutions to choose from. Their method worked perfectly for our needs, and the setup process was straightforward. While we're still exploring additional features, the basic implementation met our requirements and the support experience has been outstanding.

The Searchanise.io customer service team is excellent. They successfully made the changes we couldn't implement on the front end. Although there might be a bit of a learning curve, the Searchanise team is always ready to help if you reach out. Overall, it's a great app, and we would recommend it.

It's a great app with many features. The filter tree is very helpful ad customizable. The app is great for improving your store's UI. The support team is highly responsive and are great at figuring out what you need.

Powerful filter and search app with granular control over almost any aspect you can think of. Fairly priced so that even small companies can have access to these tools. Excellent and prompt customer service. Sophia gladly spent a lot of time creating a modification that we needed.

The app distorts all product images on mobile. Their team won't help me. We pay hundreds of dollars a month for what?
Hello, It's very sad to hear you faced this mobile image issue! As we informed you via email, it was caused by the theme code and our developers fixed it for you. Please let us know if you still need our assistance. As for the fact that we didn't help, we are very sorry for not fixing it faster! At the moment, we're experiencing a high load of tickets due to an increased number of installations. Plus, as far as we analyzed, many of our new clients replaced our competitors' search apps with our app and it also contributed to an increase in installations. We definitely understand that we have a problem with response speed. That's why we're hiring more staff at the moment. So, the problem with slow responses should be fixed by the end of the month. In the meantime, we are ready to compensate one month of our subscription if we haven't responded for more than 3 days. DO NOT INSTALL! this app has so many bugs and the customer support is useless scammers this app is should be taken off the Shopify store!

This app has many bugs The Customer service never lets you know whenever they have big issues the customer service is also very bad and answers once every 3 or 4 days please DO NOT install this app have many other apps on the market better than them DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP!!

Searchanise fills the gaps that Shopify can't or won't. We use them because Search & Discovery won't allow filtering of as many products as we have in some collections. They also do 60 day best selling, so your sort order isn't locked into prioritizing some product that you blew out two years ago. They have so many features, and so many options to optimize. The fact is, if you need features beyond Search & Discovery you end up needing a service like Searchanise. Many of these are egregiously expensive or a huge drag on performance. Searchanise is neither. Their core app is really easy on performance. Their biggest performance drawback is a reliance on jquery, which usually takes longer to load than their app. Overall though, they try hard and provide incredibly responsive support. They help you work through issues and provide support to your developers for customizations. Shout out to Ksenya for helping us fix some of our more persistent issues. The impression I get is that the Searchanise team is always improving, and in this with us when it comes to plugging the gaps in Shopify's capabilities.
