Edit: While support is quick to confirm a ticket has been created, they are backed up more often than not. This makes it difficult to receive assistance on high priority needs and leads to a standstill on optimizing the app.

This is a excellent app that supports many features including custom filters. In fact, the support team was very helpful and patient with all my questions. Btw, I still hope that the response speed can improve further, you know sometimes there are urgent moments or deadlines to meet. Beyond that, everything is a recommended experience.

Excellent app! Our SKU count went greater than 100K and Bold's apps got to be VERY expensive when scaling up. Not only did searchanise provide for better pricing, all the extra features plus the very responsive tech support (and custom coding they do inclusive in monthly price), is amazing. We are very happy customers.

Been a great addition to our site to improve our native search app. analytics are great, help center is informative and the support is outstanding. Ksenya helped me out with an issue right away and got our mobile search modal fixed asap. Really helpful, and the cost is well worth it, perfect for our stores budget.

Very fast and great support team. I got help from Anastasia and she was very helpful! This app was the only search app which worked with my translation app weglot. I would highly reccomend it, especially with weglot installed in their store :)

Solid app that has been reliable for years. Tech support is reasonable, they usually respond in less than 24 hours.
