Excellent support! Prompt response and resolved my issue very quickly. The app works great, has many out-of-the-box features, and is flexible to customize functions and styles. Great app and highly recommend it.

Still trying to explore and learn about the app, however there are some translation limits for us at the moment as we cannot translate Filters into more than one language. Their support have been excellent though and super helpful, so 5 stars to that!

Wirklich super Idee die App, es schleichen sich leider regelmäßige Fehler ein die teilweise zu kleinen aber auch mal zu großen Problem führen, die nur auffallen weil ich eh selbst jeden Tag auf dem Shop bin und daran arbeite. Der Support antwortet schnell und ist freundlich. Letztlich ist es die einzige App die das kann was ich suche und deswegen nutzen wir sie. Es ist die beste Filter-App aber leider ab und an mit Fehlern.

Good UX, lots of custom options, very reactive and straightforward customer service. Icing on the cake ? Price is super nice (12x cheaper than Fast Simon for our store). Recommend

Good searching app. The filters work well. We wish there was a little more customization with merchandising/sorting products on the search page. But the team at Searchanise has been very helpful. They are quick to respond and are typically able to solve any issues almost immediately.

I've used this app across 5+ stores I've helped with creating themes so far and it's definitely the best. The support you receive is usually within a few hours if you ever want to customize something and they generally sort any issue for you. Highly recommend.

We've been using this for a couple of years now, totally happy with it. Tons of functionality and greatly increases the capabilities of the search bar. Support has been great too, quick and easy to work with.

Excellent app. We have been using it on our Shopify Plus store as our default search for around three years. I am leaving this review now because I recently reached out to them for a glitch in our billing settings. And they quickly fixed the issue. We especially like the ability to keep certain products from showing up in the search, and the ability to customize what customers see (order of pages, products, etc) in the search drop down. The built-in analytics are an important feature we also appreciate. Definitely recommend.

I have had a problem with stop words causing trouble with my products and as soon as I reported it they turned off the default stop words and everything got a lot better. Great customer support. The only problem I have is I wish I'd talked to them sooner.

The Searchanise App is, for some years now, of major importance for our ecommerce. We use it for all the search lists, collections, filters, etc. The app is very advanced and has a lot of features and possible customizations. If you need to heavily personalize certain sections you will certainly need to rely on some development. But, in any case the support team is quick to respond, effective and very helpful. Very recommended app.

Noticed an immediate boost to our CVR when comparing the week before and after implementing this app. There are several useful features in this app that I keep raving on about to my colleagues e.g product filters, auto-suggestions, stock status label, banners on search results, etc. It has improved our search bar drastically from a basic search bar to a modern, optimised for ecommerce search bar which can auto-populate relevant products, recipes and blog posts as the user types in the search query, etc. This app looks modern, has lots of customisability and you'll see an improvement even by using it as it comes. However, to really make the most out of it, I recommend you take some time to set up your synonyms and keywords, etc on the app and play around with how you want the widgets to appear, etc. The support team are quick and incredibly helpful too which is an additional bonus. For example, they have been very willing to help answer questions, and even make customisations for me in order to match the app to our theme's styling - e.g amending button appearance, etc. Can't fault them - try it for yourself!
