We use this app for our site's search features as well as filters on collection pages. It works incredibly well, very easy to set up and integrate with your theme. So many customisation options to adjust it exactly how you like it! We had quite a bit of custom code we wanted to adjust the product grids and their customer service was extremely helpful, fast, and efficient. Thanks to Sophia and Maria they were so helpful!

We're launching our new website on Shopify. We decided this search app because all of the features that it came with and worked it for our extensive catalog size. This was a recommendation from our developers. I've reached out to the app support various times in the past month, and they have been super effective and helpful at getting the app working with our theme features. Everyone I have spoken with through email has been super quick and transparent. The app lends itself to be very customizable. Beim Test der Suche traten einige Probleme auf. Der Support und die Entwickler konnten dies noch waehrend der Testphase zu unserer Zufriedenheit lösen. Consistent results and timely response to any queries. We have used this search for over 5 years and have been very happy with the application. I recommend them over other searches. From what I can see they are also used by many companies which gives them an advantage over smaller applications with different R & D and AI.

Best Shopify app by a large margin. To be able to offer Google-like search in our store was one of the best decisions we have made and we believe has been a factor in differentiate ourselves from competitors. In depth configuration, simple UI, great customer support, and always keeps customers up to date on updates and feature releases. I look forward to continues improvement on the service!

I have used this app for 4 years. My store has 3000 different products. The UX for both my customers and my staff is amazing. Its Fast! The merchandising features are great for upselling. But to be honest, we use it for the speed and the UX. I have never needed to use there support.

outage on Black Friday is unacceptable
Hello, We are very sorry to see our recent issue affected your store, especially on Black Friday! As we analyzed, it was fixed by our developers within an hour. Nevertheless, we have carefully examined the situation. It appears that we had a partial degradation of our search functionality which affected 7-10% of our clients. When it comes to the Overall uptime of our search, this year it was 99,975%. Additionally, we’d like to note that when our search is not available, the Shopify default search should be active instead. When it comes to our Filters on collections feature, we currently have a so-called fallback mechanism for that: when our widget doesn’t load on a collection, a redirect to the default Search results page happens where your customers can see products found for the query of the collection title. E.g. if a collection is called Pillowcases, your customers will be redirected to the Search results page with all the products found for the ‘Pillowcases’ search term. If this mechanism didn’t work for you during our issue, please let us know, and we will gladly investigate it. Still, we understand that you happened to be one of the clients affected by this issue. Therefore, we'd like to let you know that our development team already made significant improvements to our system by expanding our server resources. We also have more plans for improvement. For instance, we're considering options for making our monitoring system more advanced. It will be a complex task and we're ready to give it our time and attention so any potential issues are detected and fixed faster.
