We've used this search app on Shopify and BigCommerce. Pretty impressed with its functionality, and customer service. The support team responds fairly quickly and helps to answer questions.

Consistent results and timely response to any queries. We have used this search for over 5 years and have been very happy with the application. I recommend them over other searches. From what I can see they are also used by many companies which gives them an advantage over smaller applications with different R & D and AI.

I love the APP. Best I found. It works well and really, has helped my customers to find exactly what they searching for on my site. I did need customer support because my theme was not cooperating. They were amazing and it was not an easy fix, in fact it took a few people on the team to figure out a solution. I am here to report the APP is great, working well, and my experience was a very positive one. I recommend the product and the support team.

Best Shopify app by a large margin. To be able to offer Google-like search in our store was one of the best decisions we have made and we believe has been a factor in differentiate ourselves from competitors. In depth configuration, simple UI, great customer support, and always keeps customers up to date on updates and feature releases. I look forward to continues improvement on the service!

outage on Black Friday is unacceptable
Hello, We are very sorry to see our recent issue affected your store, especially on Black Friday! As we analyzed, it was fixed by our developers within an hour. Nevertheless, we have carefully examined the situation. It appears that we had a partial degradation of our search functionality which affected 7-10% of our clients. When it comes to the Overall uptime of our search, this year it was 99,975%. Additionally, we’d like to note that when our search is not available, the Shopify default search should be active instead. When it comes to our Filters on collections feature, we currently have a so-called fallback mechanism for that: when our widget doesn’t load on a collection, a redirect to the default Search results page happens where your customers can see products found for the query of the collection title. E.g. if a collection is called Pillowcases, your customers will be redirected to the Search results page with all the products found for the ‘Pillowcases’ search term. If this mechanism didn’t work for you during our issue, please let us know, and we will gladly investigate it. Still, we understand that you happened to be one of the clients affected by this issue. Therefore, we'd like to let you know that our development team already made significant improvements to our system by expanding our server resources. We also have more plans for improvement. For instance, we're considering options for making our monitoring system more advanced. It will be a complex task and we're ready to give it our time and attention so any potential issues are detected and fixed faster. Lost out on a large amount of customers this weekend because the app disabled itself instead of telling me the free trial had ended. No notification about it. Other apps resort to the cheapest option, or they continue it until you've picked one etc. Really frustrating because it's a good app but considering you can't find any products without the search function, this has lost my trust in the app

initially i was unimpressed by the layout and options. it did not match the style or our store. but after reaching out to support, they systematically addressed my design needs and after about a week, we got to a good place. the search function works well
