outage on Black Friday is unacceptable
Hello, We are very sorry to see our recent issue affected your store, especially on Black Friday! As we analyzed, it was fixed by our developers within an hour. Nevertheless, we have carefully examined the situation. It appears that we had a partial degradation of our search functionality which affected 7-10% of our clients. When it comes to the Overall uptime of our search, this year it was 99,975%. Additionally, we’d like to note that when our search is not available, the Shopify default search should be active instead. When it comes to our Filters on collections feature, we currently have a so-called fallback mechanism for that: when our widget doesn’t load on a collection, a redirect to the default Search results page happens where your customers can see products found for the query of the collection title. E.g. if a collection is called Pillowcases, your customers will be redirected to the Search results page with all the products found for the ‘Pillowcases’ search term. If this mechanism didn’t work for you during our issue, please let us know, and we will gladly investigate it. Still, we understand that you happened to be one of the clients affected by this issue. Therefore, we'd like to let you know that our development team already made significant improvements to our system by expanding our server resources. We also have more plans for improvement. For instance, we're considering options for making our monitoring system more advanced. It will be a complex task and we're ready to give it our time and attention so any potential issues are detected and fixed faster. Lost out on a large amount of customers this weekend because the app disabled itself instead of telling me the free trial had ended. No notification about it. Other apps resort to the cheapest option, or they continue it until you've picked one etc. Really frustrating because it's a good app but considering you can't find any products without the search function, this has lost my trust in the app

initially i was unimpressed by the layout and options. it did not match the style or our store. but after reaching out to support, they systematically addressed my design needs and after about a week, we got to a good place. the search function works well

I have tested quite a few search-related apps. Searchanise seemed to work very well with existing themes, and most of all, its strong search power was very attractive. The ability to search even single letters was excellent. We're still tweaking the design and features little by little, but with Anastasia, we don't have to worry about finishing it. She listens closely to our issues and is very enthusiastic and quick. With her help, we hope our app will work great and generate a lot of sales. If you want to use a search app in your community, I definitely recommend Searchanise.

Our store is still in the early stages of using Searchanise, but so far so good. The search and filtering is fast, works well, and looks clean. A few things still need tweaking, but the Searchanise team has been very responsive, so I'm optimistic. Using the app has given the store a noticeable upgrade its professionalism and credibility.
