App works great and has a lot of flexibility. Even if something doesn't seem customizable in the app, the Searchnise team is excellent and will help with anything you need! Great app and great service.

The app is really cool BUT the support is SLOWEST EVER. I have been waiting more than a 24h for a response to my request about problems with installing the widget and what do you think. I received an email that everything works, although the widget did not work correctly on the site. I wrote a few more letters and still haven't received any more response.

I strongly recommend this app (Smart Search & Filter) by Searchanise. I reviewed a few apps, but this app is by far better in many aspects such as, it include many features, which are not available in similar apps. User interface is simple and friendly. Support team is awesome...they are fast in resolving issues. Most importantly, the price is reasonable. Thank you Searchanise team for a job well done!

Fantastic app, super support. I added some custom code and they went in and fixed it! Much more that I could expect. Two or three years later, I'm even happier than I was originally. Every time I need something they help quickly, politely and efficiently! Again, super quick help, adjustments literally in seconds!

Top app and great support when I needed it. There was no faffing around asking for specifics, they just knew what I required and got the necessary coding done! I'd strongly recommend it.

Awesome app and support! Works great. Especially with metafields imported from a feed, personalization, advanced filtering and also the search engine. It takes over your collection page, which is, in this case, exactly what I need. Really love it.

This is one of the best apps we have installed, so super easy to use, and quick and intuitive. The support team helped us exactly how we wanted the widget to look. This is such a bargain, comparing with getting a developer and paying them to get the quick search live. 100/100

**UPDATE*** Second critical outage during a month end promotion. All our collections are broken at the moment. Cannot access the admin to contact support. Major ad spending and promotions driving people to the store and they cannot view collections. This is unacceptable and damaging to our business.
We are very sorry to see the recent downtime made you change your rating! We can imagine how stressful it was. Unfortunately, we did face technical difficulties that impacted a small portion of our infrastructure. These issues arose due to problems within the datacenter of our hosting provider, leading to partial or complete unavailability of our search services for our clients during the incident: 5% experienced slowdown of the search, 3% experienced short (less than 30 min) app unavailability and 1% experienced prolonged unavailability of our services. In such situations, our system automatically switches to the default Shopify search and collections display to ensure your store remains operational. As we see, this mechanism didn't work in your store. This is unexpected behavior and we will perform throughout tests on our side on this matter. Thank you for your feedback! We are also actively enhancing our infrastructure to minimize potential downtime in the event of unforeseen issues. We're eager to make our service a lot more stable for you! As for the financial losses, we're currently discussing the potential resolution to this with you via email. We hope to hear from you soon.
