App works great and has a lot of flexibility. Even if something doesn't seem customizable in the app, the Searchnise team is excellent and will help with anything you need! Great app and great service.

The app is really cool BUT the support is SLOWEST EVER. I have been waiting more than a 24h for a response to my request about problems with installing the widget and what do you think. I received an email that everything works, although the widget did not work correctly on the site. I wrote a few more letters and still haven't received any more response.

I reviewed a few apps, but this app is by far better in many aspects such as, it include many features, which are not available in similar apps. User interface is simple and friendly. Support team is awesome...they are fast in resolving issues. Most importantly, the price is reasonable. Thank you Searchanise team for a job well done!

Love the App, just need to have some minor changes with the code to custom what I need, the chat was very helpful and the support was very knowledgeable about coding my minor changes.

We love it! We have used this for a year now and we could not be happier! There are many features which we still have not used!

**UPDATE*** Second critical outage during a month end promotion. All our collections are broken at the moment. Cannot access the admin to contact support. Major ad spending and promotions driving people to the store and they cannot view collections. This is unacceptable and damaging to our business.
