I was a little unsure at first as the widget didn't quite fit the "feel" of my website, so I emailed support and asked for a few changes to be made, totally expecting to never hear back. I have been selling online for over ten years on a variety of platforms. I have found Smart Search & Instant Search to be the most comprehensive search app I have ever used. It is packed full of features and options. Pavel has also provided excellent support, helping me to resolve a few issues that were my fault. This app is a great solution that features advanced search as well as solid filtering. Their support team helped us achieve the setup that we wanted and answered all our questions.

I like the app, but we had a significant drop in speed on our shop, from 28 to 19, due to this app. I wrote to you about this to find out if there are any solutions, but I still haven't had an answer. If there is no improvement, I will have to delete the app.

After a somewhat difficult start, now I am very happy. The customer service responds quickly and for now they have solved all the problems I encountered.

UPDATE : The team has solved the problem for our store. Thanks a lot ! The app works great for filtering and search. But since we installed it we have SEO issues. The main problem is that the app prevents us from adding h2 titles tag to our products names on our collection pages. Also, the app prevents us fron adding alt tags to our images.

Don't think - just download! The backend is a dream to work on, and the front-end is completely intuitive for customers to use as well. As a luxury consignment shop, we have very particular search needs, and the Searchanise team (huge shout out to Julia!) worked quickly to get us up and running. Julia loaded in custom code to make sure our display was exactly as we needed it - SO many times, with SO much patience. She was responsive, kind, and completely effective. 10/10 would recommend!
