Really helpful. This App has a lot of features and the support team never fails to help. I contacted them like thrice in 2 days, and they responded within a few hours of every request. They do the required changes for you without any hassle.

Great app, and great support, they were abele to help me solve my problem within 24hours. After trialing a few different apps that offer a search filter this is in my opinion the best.

I like the app, but we had a significant drop in speed on our shop, from 28 to 19, due to this app. I wrote to you about this to find out if there are any solutions, but I still haven't had an answer. If there is no improvement, I will have to delete the app.

After a somewhat difficult start, now I am very happy. The customer service responds quickly and for now they have solved all the problems I encountered.

UPDATE : The team has solved the problem for our store. Thanks a lot ! The app works great for filtering and search. But since we installed it we have SEO issues. The main problem is that the app prevents us from adding h2 titles tag to our products names on our collection pages. Also, the app prevents us fron adding alt tags to our images.

Don't think - just download! The backend is a dream to work on, and the front-end is completely intuitive for customers to use as well. As a luxury consignment shop, we have very particular search needs, and the Searchanise team (huge shout out to Julia!) worked quickly to get us up and running. Julia loaded in custom code to make sure our display was exactly as we needed it - SO many times, with SO much patience. She was responsive, kind, and completely effective. 10/10 would recommend!

I just got the app and set it up on my store and it is amazing!!! It makes my store feel a lot more professional because of the search filters on the side and i honestly can't get over how amazing and exciting this is! Thank you so much

検索機能を付けるため導入しました。 ベースが英語表記なので最初はちょっと苦戦しましたが、細かな設定をして検索がかけられるため非常に重宝しています。 日本語対応はしていませんがフォロー態勢がとても親切。レスポンスがかなり早いので助かっています。

Searchanise has been a big improvement to our website. The options are pretty flexible. Our SEO on collections has improved and the pages load very fast. Whenever we need help fixing CSS or other issues, they are quick and responsive. Their support team is incredible and helped us implement a design that matched the rest of our website. Their app makes our website easy to navigate and is well worth the monthly fee. I highly recommend.

This app is really good and I am very happy with how it works in my store, I wanted a smarter & easier search for my customers than the one that is built into Shopify. Customer service is also very fast and helpful so I definitely recommend this app!
