Great app. We've been using them for a long time. Just had some custom dev work to do that they accomplished without hesitation. Great team to work with!!

Brilliant app and brilliant customer service. The app is fantastic as it improves the search function on my shopify store in a way I can't describe. The way it looks and works is just brilliant, customers can now shop from the search amongst other things. This is what my store was missing. Support is also very good, they customized my search widget very quickly. The analytics feature is also extremely helpful.

Overall, I'm happy with the apps performance and the support the team provides. They are clear with their explanations and will provide assistance on any issues at hand. My only hope is that in the future they add on a chat support team so I can have instant help, but thats not to say there is anything wrong with the support they provide.

App is down and there is no immediate help or support. None of my collection pages are loading which I have ads going to.

The only thing better than the APP is the SUPPORT that you receive alongside the app. This search tool is certainly first class and provides a wonderful experience for the user. THE SERVICE though is the real shining star in my opinion. We all know that as good as any APP may be, there are always caveats and business practices that call for alteration or tweaking to make it truly fit your site. The staff at Searchanise has been MOST responsive and have worked with me through many such situations. I would highly recommend Smart Search and Instant Search to anyone looking for a better Search tool for their store!!!

Amazing support! We had an issue where blog posts did not show in the search results, and they fixed the issue on their end while on the chat support with us. Generally a good and fast app for search.
