Love this app! All relevant products pops up when adding letters. So easy and accurate. And so much cheaper than for instance clerk.

This app is a great solution that features advanced search as well as solid filtering. Their support team helped us achieve the setup that we wanted and answered all our questions.

I like the app, but we had a significant drop in speed on our shop, from 28 to 19, due to this app. I wrote to you about this to find out if there are any solutions, but I still haven't had an answer. If there is no improvement, I will have to delete the app.

After a somewhat difficult start, now I am very happy. The customer service responds quickly and for now they have solved all the problems I encountered.

UPDATE : The team has solved the problem for our store. Thanks a lot ! The app works great for filtering and search. But since we installed it we have SEO issues. The main problem is that the app prevents us from adding h2 titles tag to our products names on our collection pages. Also, the app prevents us fron adding alt tags to our images.

Don't think - just download! The backend is a dream to work on, and the front-end is completely intuitive for customers to use as well. As a luxury consignment shop, we have very particular search needs, and the Searchanise team (huge shout out to Julia!) worked quickly to get us up and running. Julia loaded in custom code to make sure our display was exactly as we needed it - SO many times, with SO much patience. She was responsive, kind, and completely effective. 10/10 would recommend!

Didn't install correctly. Reached out to the developer for help. Never got a reply. Deleted the app.

The app works very well for our website, is easy to use and very flexible in terms of customisation. We're able to add our own custom css to have the widget display how we'd like it to. The customer service is brilliant and turnaround time was super quick for a special request that we needed. Highly recommend this app!

I really love the power of this app for search. It is very fast and can be seamlessly customized to the look and feel of your store. There are many functions that I like: instant search, search suggestions, upsell/cross sell, merchandising suggestions etc and you can use your search data to direct zero result searches to products/pages you think the customer was intending. I received very good service, although had to wait a few days for a reply, but the help was excellent and accurate. Most importantly, it makes it easy for customers to find what they want. Update Mar2023: It’s now been 2 years using this app and I continue to appreciate the solid support. In the last year I have updated my theme and most recently installed filters on collections which required some coding additions which was actually very straight forward and quick, with the help of Stacy. This app would be the most important app we have. Update Sep2023: The level of support and response times has improved a lot. I've been able to get considerable CSS support on tweaks I needed and good explanations of what was being done. The support in the Asian time zone is now very good.

This is the best search app for Shopify store. Reasonable price and one of the best support. They solved theme compatibility issues on my store within no time.
