Great app. We've been using them for a long time. Just had some custom dev work to do that they accomplished without hesitation. Great team to work with!!

Brilliant app and brilliant customer service. The app is fantastic as it improves the search function on my shopify store in a way I can't describe. The way it looks and works is just brilliant, customers can now shop from the search amongst other things. This is what my store was missing. Support is also very good, they customized my search widget very quickly. The analytics feature is also extremely helpful.

I continue to love this app. I have had it for about 8 months now and this app is still one of the best apps we are using today. So many options and features that enhance our store's shopping experience. Customer service remains awesome and responsive. I just had another change I need to improve my overall store and the customer service group made a change and fixed this right away for me. Very pleased with the support and the service.

Support came back within 24 hours and solved by issue right away! Also very easy to use and mobile friendly at the same time!

Overall, I'm happy with the apps performance and the support the team provides. They are clear with their explanations and will provide assistance on any issues at hand. My only hope is that in the future they add on a chat support team so I can have instant help, but thats not to say there is anything wrong with the support they provide.

App is down and there is no immediate help or support. None of my collection pages are loading which I have ads going to.

Surely, the issue was fixed and now the app works well. The only thing better than the APP is the SUPPORT that you receive alongside the app. This search tool is certainly first class and provides a wonderful experience for the user. THE SERVICE though is the real shining star in my opinion. We all know that as good as any APP may be, there are always caveats and business practices that call for alteration or tweaking to make it truly fit your site. The staff at Searchanise has been MOST responsive and have worked with me through many such situations. I would highly recommend Smart Search and Instant Search to anyone looking for a better Search tool for their store!!!

This is a great search engine which provides variant specific results. The support team were helpful in rectifying issues and implemented features we asked for.

Finally I can deal with people making typo & spelling errors. Everyone is returned a meaningful answer / item. Perfect! I've decided to buy it after 1 day worth of searches. I've already suggested it to all of my friends with Shopify shops. Outstanding app with many customization too.

App works great and has a lot of customisation options. And when a certain option isn't available, you can contact the team and they help you within a few hours. Great experience.
