Great app! Plenty of configuration options but set up was straight forward. UX & UI is customizable for theme which is appreciated!

The app works as intended now after a few tweaks. Unfortunately, we are in the process of updating our site and will not be able to use it at this moment but it works well and helps viewers to find things faster on websites.

Guys, this is not a search app, it's much more. I find this is the cheapest while being fully featured. One of my problem is that people are not able to find what they need in my shop because the built in shopify search is so basic. For example if the product is GruvGear and you search Gruv Gear, there won't be any result. With smart search, this is fully resolved. But it doesn't end there, Smart search also has a very comprehensive results page with lots of filters. It also has product suggestions in collection page, as well as "other people also bought" that you can put in product page or cart page. You can even replace your collection pages with smart search collection page with all the useful filters. One thing this cannot do is display every variant as a separate post in a collection page. That's why I haven't replaced my collection page with this. But for search, it more than exceeds expectations. If this were a theme app, then it would be a 3 or 4 but this is a search app, so this should be rated 6 because it can do much more than what you pay for.

The look and functionality of the search in the front end is good. The backend UI is good. The technical support is good (and they even added code for me to get it to work with my chosen theme, thanks Sergey! ) Definitely deserves five + stars.

Super effective and helpful for customers to search your site. We were looking for an app that would help customers search ANYTHING and EVERYTHING on your site (including pages, blog articles, and products), instead of just products. We finally got it and with the pro version, you get analytics, so you can see what your customers are searching for. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I think it will help boost your conversion rate on your store for sure!

I've been using Smart Search for about a year. The support is fantastic and the conversion has definitely gone up. This is a must have for every Shopify store.

There are so many options in this app but without enough documentation you end up spending days upon days trying to figure it all out. I want the search results to display best selling but it continues to default to featured no matter how many times i set it. The other thing is the grid continues to remain at two columns regardless of what I change. I'm now trying to remove the app but the search results disappear whenever I attempt to remove it. Beware of this app unless you have a lot of time for trial and error.

Searchanise has been a game-changer! The app is very intuitive and allowed me to incorporate custom meta tags from a provider that has image analysis AI that would then tag the images based on what is visible to the customer. My only wish is that the Searchanise team change the "Color" option to "Look" and then incorporate more controls, such as fonts, weight and style. Michael Loates www.glenloates.com

I've added this app to help customers navigate through a large inventory easily, and it seems to be worth the investment. I love how it intelligently and seamlessly interprets incorrect spelling to take customers straight to where they intended to search and shop. Definitely recommend for a site with big inventory.

I was looking for the perfect, professional search result for my website. I found this app and realized its even more than I wanted. Fully customizable, easy to install and easy to use. What's more - if you need to tailor it to your theme in specific features - tech team is super fast and responsive. In a few hours everything was fixed for my website. we cannot use any product app on our store because if we do, customers cannot checkout. It has been over 1 month we have been asking for help with searchanise, it takes 2-3 days to get a response, when we reply its then another 2-3 days. We are having a lot of issues. Becareful which filter app you choose because it is a big job to change over. Not happy at all the worst app!!!!!!!!!! there is a new issue every single week. i hate it so much. Edited to add, I replied to every email. You just kept saying you couldnt help. I am still having the same issues and still no help.

We love this app! It is not just a search app, the way it displays our items IS AMAZING. Much better than the standard Shopify display. Very, very much worth every penny! Good job guys.

I have this implemented with custom filters and it seems to be doing the job on indexing and everything I need. I am going to explore the other amenities and features that come with this tool as well. So far, so good. I am pleased with what they have to offer.

I installed this app for my SafetyRailSource website and it's really really good. It literally took minutes to install and it integrated with my website seamlessly. I also appreciate the support I received from the team. They helped me with some customization needs and gave me good advice on how to improve the search responses. I tried other search plug-ins and this one was the best I saw. The support team guys helped me with a configuration question and quickly responded and made the adjustments for me. Thanks.

If you have a large amount of products, this app is a must have for customers to be able to find what they're looking for easily. I was surprised when I found that some cross sell and upsell widgets were included in the app (such as Most Popular Products, Similar Products etc). The app also includes some fairly in depth analytics of the search, to help you understand what people are searching for and how many purchases were made through the search.
