Searchanise Search & Filter

We know that you don't have an integration with the Wishlist app. However, the Flits developer team wants to talk to you on this issue and they are saying they can solve this issue by coordinating with you. Earlier also we were using your theme along with searchanise but did not face this issue. We along with Flits are waiting for your reply for the Last 2 days but no revert. Ticket #109768

We love this app. It does so much more than we thought it could do. It gives us perfect insight and I highly recommend it.

I have been using Searchanise Smart Search for more than 6 months now. And it has been functioning well for us. Our users especially benefit from instant search suggestions and results. I believe one small improvement will make it more useful for us. In the search results page, for filters, please provide an option to not include new collections by default. We want to manually add only those collections that make sense for filtering / faceted search. Currently, all new collections are automatically added and we need to go and remove manually. This makes it cumbersome for us. What I am asking for is to provide a switch that disables the automatic addition of collections to the filters, by default. All in all, it is a highly reliable app!

Great product. Period. It's a must have. Don't even look at any other search app. They helped me with some super minor UI clashes when I installed. I upgraded a couple days later. Its the only app I use that truly deserves 5 stars for their product.

We are really happy with the Smart Search app. We have been using it for some time, and it continues to provide the most relevant search results for our customers. We recently ran into a small glitch, and the developers responded extremely fast and resolved the glitch quickly.

I had to remove app, after using it for some months: these the following problem I faced : 1) After different tests appear clear that app slow down the home page lot... I’d say 10 points on page speed 2) integrating it with loox review had the nice results to show stars on grid products but broken all the liquid.collection or something like that. The products on grid lost the “add to chart option” and couldn’t find anymore the panel to change the setup collection page. 3) I made so many different tests with different themes in the end when I removed the app, products not showing anymore in my original theme in collections but as single products yes. In my new theme instead they were showing not as they had to do, but in the way of my old theme loosing their look and the add to cart option . In the end no way I “lost” my original theme ( Shopify partner asked me 1400 euro to fix it...) and in new theme I didn’t install it anymore (even th I have it paied til may 2021).

I used this app for search result, collection sorting, upsell and cross sell. It's really great. Search result on collection with reviews and reviews NO. shows help us a lot. Customer service help us solve code problem. Thanks.

We've tested several search apps and found that this app's functionality, speed and accuracy are outstanding. The technical support is also very reliable. It is "Must have" app for all stores.

Good app, many features, was able to accomodate all of our various customizations incl. multi currency. Support helped us multiple times and was quick to respond!

I researched reviews on many Search-apps. A couple of them I installed then uninstalled. But when I found Smart Search & Instant Search I was thrilled. The program is very easy to get up and running with quickly. I did not need technical support. Its back-end is organized intuitively. The product works beautifully. It has heightened my search capability to a whole new level. I can see in my site statistics, this is already driving an increase in business. I highly recommend this product. UPDATE on 12/12/202 - I recently worked with their support team for a migration from my 1.0 theme, to a new 2.0 Shopify theme. They were wonderful to work with and helped me with some customizations. I continue to highly recommend this app!

The app itself seems nice and the functionalities are well thought of. Good job on the developers side. However, the customer service is absolutely embarassing. I asked two questions about bugs that were happening after the installations, the next day I received an answer that was just telling me to check again. I have never received an answer from support that showed so much desinterest, especially with a new potential customer. Shame on calling that an actualy support. If this is what you get during trial period, what on earth would it be like when you already are paying?

I am using this app for more than 3 years and in my books, it's the most important app for my shop with the best integrations: Langify, Judge.me, Currency converter, Wishlists, Thumbnails etc The team is amazing and goes above and beyond to make you happy. I couldn't be happier!!! They are continually improving and their customer service is out of this world!! Considering everything and after working with hundreds of apps, this is #1. Thank you!

This app is has a great analytics features and best app features for your shop's searches. The support team is also great at making your requests happen for as long as it is included in their feature. They help you set-up the needed tools to fit your current theme. If you're looking for ways to up-sell, cross-sell, fix your searches and search results, this is the app you need. I hope that in the future version of the app, the quick view button and the add to cart button can be used simultaneously.

This app has everything you need for your search and product filtering. Support is friendly and helpful. Really i have nothing bad to say. Also price is good for what you get.
