A smart tool for creating a better search experience for website users. Would be nice to have more customization options to make the sidebar look exactly as one would like.

Overall really good app, but it sometimes glitches and can take a while to re-index all products (we do have a large listing of product). Quality/price is really good compared to the other apps we have tried to do the same thing. Support is quick and efficient unlike many other apps.

For a store like us, which hosts >10K SKUs, an instant search tool is vital for customers to find what they want. This tool by Searchanise absolutely does the right thing. It also integrates with many other apps that we are using e.g. stamped.io, langify, etc. One thing I don't like is that Shopify Plus users are forced to choose their pricier Plus schemes, but those schemes come with Plus exclusive features. I would rather make this an optional opt-in.

We have over 15,000 active products on our website so having a good search function is very important to us. Adding this app is probably the number one best improvement that we could have made to improve our customers' shopping experience. Being able to send a customer directly to a collection when they do a search is going to really improve our customer satisfaction. We love it.

We have used this app for about a year now. Should have had it much earlier. We sell parts for atvs and scooters. One of the key things this app does for us, is to help our customers spell "carburetor" for example. It never occurred to me we were losing sales because people can't spell. It has several wonderful features including analytics showing you what most people search for on your site, and what people are searching for and can't find. Would download this app again.

Been using this app for a year now and it's one of the better search apps out there. Quick support, they are always adding new features, improvements, and integrations. I'm still waiting for a filter app integration not sure if they will ever be possible though. Overall I'm happy with the product.

The search field works great! We have so many different spellings of names, it has helped customers find the product they are looking for. The settings are pretty self explanatory as well so it was easy to set up. My only complaint is that there is no chat support or quick way to ask questions. While customer support did respond, it was about 12 hours later.

User friendly. Helpful staff. However, I wish there was a way to organize the search categories manually. That's the biggest downfall I see at this point. Also, I wish I didn't have to manually go in and put in all the synonyms for the key words. This is probably inevitable and can't be done automatically but I just don't have the time to do it well. Smart Search has been a great tool for us so far. The search feature is very fast and the tools allow you to easily edit products, filters, appearance, etc. Their support team was also very helpful during our trial period.

If you want 100% complete control over the search page, don't use an app. However, if you want to get something that looks quite alright and works as it's supposed to, then Searchanise is the right app. Has quite a lot of options to choose from, and best of all, it doesn't require adding custom code to the theme.
