After researching various search and filter apps for our store, we decided on Searchanise—and it proved to be the right choice. While the initial setup required some time to get familiar with, once everything was configured properly, it became very easy to use. The support team was extremely helpful and responsive, assisting us with all our inquiries. Overall, Searchanise has been a highly effective tool for our ecommerce site, offering fair pricing and reliable support. We recently encountered a setup issue, but the support team handled it carefully and professionally. After we clearly explained our requirements, they followed up with a well-executed solution, ensuring everything was under control.

Superb app and support! It lets us use all of our filters from our PIM and gives us great oportunities to analyze search, filter etc.

It is our first week of using the app on our live store, and it has been working great. It took some initial time to implement custom CSS to match our storefront design and styles, but it is now functioning great with the help of their responsive support team (Thank you, Uriy, Alex P., Andrew from the developer team, and the customer support team), who answered any questions promptly and forwarded technical queries to developers, who also responded within a reasonable amount of time (typically within 24 hours). One major benefit is that the Searchanise product grid and filters render on the search page and collection pages extremely fast, and much faster than the native product grid, which fetches new data and reloads the page for each filter adjustment. Since Searchanise has already indexed all the products for each filter before pageload, adjusting filters displays results nearly immediately. This is greatly advantageous for performance on mobile devices in remote areas. With Searchanise being implemented for only a week or so thus far, we've already received positive feedback from customers as well as our own team.

This app does everything it says and more! We have two stores with unique and complicated set ups that rely heavily on both product and variant metafields to operate, which not all apps provide support for. Searchanise, even by default, provides a large amount of support in this regard. What is most impressive is the developers, who I have asked much of to make all of the customizations we need. From the most basic of changes, to the most complicated, everyone is always very nice, helpful, responsive and prompt with their assistance and their results are always top-notch. I cannot recommended this app enough if you're looking for customized or enhanced search and filter capabilities for your store.

Functionality of app is great. We are able to customize everything with search/filters. The second biggest with apps is the support. Their team always does a fantastic job with any questions. Even with more technical coding issues, no problem for them. Eugenie just did a great job getting a new theme to work with our filters

We have been using this app for a few years and the search function is great. We recently hired an ADA Team to review our website to be sure the site meets the ADA requirements as we had been sued for violations. The Searchanise team took all the violations and corrected them within a few days! A very prompt response to a very important issue and a relief to know that the app will function for all. We’ve been using Searchanise for years, first on our old Magento store, and now on our new Shopify Plus site, and it continues to be one of the best decisions we’ve made. We tried other search solutions, but none matched our needs in terms of speed, relevance, and flexibility. What really stands out is the level of support - fast, helpful, and technically capable.
