Good app! The search engine functionality is also outstanding. With over 1,000 products in our store, Shopify’s built-in search engine often fails to deliver accurate results based on keywords. This app, however, solves that problem effectively. Although online chat to support is not available, the email response was very prompt and the attitude was excellent. I truly appreciate the assistance from Dan E.

Excellent Search Functionality – A Must-Have App! Searchanise has completely transformed the search experience on our Shopify store. The results are incredibly fast, accurate, and even pick up data from product tags and metafields, which many other apps miss. The setup was straightforward, and their support team is very responsive and helpful. This app has lots of options and flexibility of implementation. The developers are also responsive and supportive with implementing a custom request.

As a User i have a lot of flexibility and control over my customer's experience, we are able to index items based on title, description, tags, metaobjects, metafields and more... The support team is VERY responsive answering within the hour. The documentation is to the point and makes me feel I am not waisting a single second
