Seguno is a fantastic app and has become an essential part of our email marketing workflow. It’s intuitive, well integrated with Shopify, and allows us to manage newsletters and automations in a very efficient way. What really makes the difference is the support team: extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Whenever we had a question or needed assistance, they were quick and precise in finding a solution. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and well-built email marketing tool for Shopify.

I've been using Serguno Email since 2019, publishing a newsletter every week. I find that it a very easy and simple tool to use use. It has great features and great support.

We use Seguno on multiple websites and are very satisfied with it. It is easy to use and we get sales with every newsletter and automation.

Je suis extrêmement déçue par le service client de Seguno. Cela fait maintenant 4 jours (week-end inclus) que j’attends une solution concrète pour pouvoir simplement démarrer avec l’application, qui m’affiche des messages d’erreur bloquants. À ce jour, j’ai reçu une seule réponse, puis plus rien pendant plusieurs heures, sans suivi ni résolution. Quand on choisit un outil censé accompagner des professionnels, ce manque de réactivité est clairement problématique. Impossible de commencer à utiliser le service dans ces conditions. Je ne recommande absolument pas Seguno pour son service client.

Seguno integrates effortlessly with our B2B Shopify store. It’s user-friendly, provides a wide range of template options, and very easy to link products from the online store. I would highly recommend you try it!

The templates kinda suck. Have been no new ones for ages. Looks bland, doesn't match my stores theme. The builder is not good. No replies for support. Increase in prices. One star buds.

We’ve been using Seguno for our email marketing and couldn’t be happier with the results. Since switching from the standard Shopify Email app, we’ve seen a significant increase in deliverability, click-through rates, conversions and overall ROI. The app allows us to create far more polished, on-brand emails and build sophisticated automations that engage both new and returning customers. The pre-built flows are a huge time-saver — they’ve easily saved us dozens of hours compared to building everything manually within Shopify. A special mention to Christina on the technical side for her brilliant, hands-on support, and to Alejandro for his strategic insight and guidance — both have been instrumental in helping us get the best out of Seguno. If you’re serious about email marketing (and you should be) and want a solution that combines ease of use, exceptional support, and proven performance, Seguno is absolutely worth the investment.
