Seguno is a fantastic app and has become an essential part of our email marketing workflow. It’s intuitive, well integrated with Shopify, and allows us to manage newsletters and automations in a very efficient way. What really makes the difference is the support team: extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Whenever we had a question or needed assistance, they were quick and precise in finding a solution. I've been using Serguno Email since 2019, publishing a newsletter every week. I find that it a very easy and simple tool to use use. It has great features and great support.

We use Seguno on multiple websites and are very satisfied with it. It is easy to use and we get sales with every newsletter and automation.

Je suis extrêmement déçue par le service client de Seguno. Cela fait maintenant 4 jours (week-end inclus) que j’attends une solution concrète pour pouvoir simplement démarrer avec l’application, qui m’affiche des messages d’erreur bloquants. À ce jour, j’ai reçu une seule réponse, puis plus rien pendant plusieurs heures, sans suivi ni résolution. Quand on choisit un outil censé accompagner des professionnels, ce manque de réactivité est clairement problématique. Impossible de commencer à utiliser le service dans ces conditions. Je ne recommande absolument pas Seguno pour son service client.

We've followed up multiple times to help you get your automation configured, which we're confident is a quick fix. Seguno integrates effortlessly with our B2B Shopify store. It’s user-friendly, provides a wide range of template options, and very easy to link products from the online store. I would highly recommend you try it!

The templates kinda suck. Have been no new ones for ages. Looks bland, doesn't match my stores theme. The builder is not good. No replies for support. Increase in prices. One star buds.
