Seguno Email Marketing

We've been using Seguno for about a year now. It's very intuitive and whenever we have any queries there are real people not bots at the other end of Live chat! Whatever problem you have they will always sort it out and go above and beyond in my opinion. Today I was trying to add tags to customers who clicked on a link in an email - and within a few minutes it was all done. Excellent service.

This is not how a typical 5-star review begins: we actually left Seguno Email and moved to another email platform for a period of time, enticed by some features Seguno Email didn't offer then. But we're back to Seguno Email now, and it's literally saved our small business both time and money, not to mention hassle. Most of those features that prompted us to adopt another platform are now available to us in Seguno — there are a few that we still miss, but they are in development. The real win of this product, and why we'd recommend Seguno Email to other small businesses, is the quality of service. These are real, live folks who are chatting back to you — not bots, not low-level human helpers who are trained only to point you to a technical manual — Seguno email staffs actual humans who care about your needs, problems, and the features that matter to you. When we initially reached out to Seguno Email wondering about whether it was worth it to switch back, almost immediately we were invited to a call with an engineer as well as a product lead. These folks spent almost 45 minutes with us and at no time did it feel at all sales-y, they were showing us various features we wanted and how Seguno could meet those needs, answering our questions, asking thoughtful questions about our shop, usage, etc. We left the call optimistic about what Seguno Email could offer us, and decided to switch back. Any time we have had a question or issue (not often, since it's so intuitive and user-friendly), we email, and can expect a response quickly from one of the two folks we had that initial call with. This is personalized, human-centered service at its best. Highly recommend.

We recently started using SEGUNO Email Marketing for our online heirloom seed enterprise ujamaaseeds.com. It has been an extremely positive experience for us. We are able to quickly and without a lot of fuss, create simple newsletters for mailing to our customer base. Their training videos are also very informative.

A great tool to incorporate into your store! They have some great features and tons of courses and resources you can use to make sure you optimize your email blasts! They also have a good customer service team that responds quickly and gives useful information. Love this app!

Customer service is responsive but this app is only good for specific holiday mailers. Not good for generally sending newsletters to customers. Very limited templates and they are pricey.

Love using Seguno! I actually switched away from it for awhile to save a bit of money and was so frustrated with other options that I went back. Seguno is just way more user friendly. The email builder is very streamlined and easy to use and creating automations is easy to understand and set up, which means it was much quicker to get them up and running.

Seguno has been invaluable for my small business, creating newsletters and offers for my subscribers is fun and straightforward so suitable for even the most inexperienced users, support is always on hand should you need help I would like to take a moment to say thank you to Christina who assisted me with a reoccurring billing issue and managed to resolve the issue promptly. Seguno has everything I'm looking for in a marketing app. It's interface is easy to understand, and helps me save time. The program has lots of great intuitive solutions like resending unopened emails, and many options for designing the promotions. Highly recommended by Greg Horn Art!

Great app, easy to use, gets you all the info for you need for each newsletter. free version works great unless you want to add videos or a countdown, then you need to upgrade.

I have been using this app for the last year to send marketing emails to my customers. I love the automation side of it, as it sends all the emails on signup, purchase and so on. Had a small glitch with an accidental unsubscribe from a customer and support dealt with my query quickly. Recommended.
