It's a great app. But does not update your subscription email list. They asked me if my customers opp for email marketing? I have 1500 customers that did noy get updated to their app when added to my store via csv file. my customers now from 1754, to 3000 don't get emails. So I have to update weekly on Shopify. So keep on top of these in Shopify!!! It's a lot of work.

Our app is built so that as long as the subscriber data is getting into Shopify as you expect, then it's coming over to Seguno with no additional work needed. Works exactly for how I need it to. Some great options to choose from, as well as editing everything to match my store. 5/5 stars

First off, I am not very marketing nor internet savvy: I am so HAPPY with Seguno! Their ease of use is incredible, and their analytics are crazy good. I am just starting out and have very little time for this stuff, but they make it so easy and I am kind of kicking butt. And if I have a question, customer service is top notch. Super happy with Seguno, and when I reach 250 subscribers, I will HAPPILY pay the tiny monthly fee.

This App has changed my online store's life! Many more customer sign ups, easy to use. It has made my life so much easier! I recommend it. Much better than any other newsletter apps!

I'm using Seguno to do my email marketing. I'm just getting started with my online shop and I have a lot of questions about how things work. Like when I went through all the Shopify notifications and tried to understand the customer journey when subscribed vs. when not subscribed to my email list. The Seguno support staff was always there to answer my questions. They've helped me get clarity on many of the workings I was confused about. They also keep adding great new features. And I can't wait to grow and be able to take full advantage of all their features by going Premium.

I used another popular app for several years, which will not be named (but it cut ties from Shopify recently...) and decided to switch over to Seguno because of their pricing and reviews. I'm telling you, this app is incredible! It's extremely easy to customize emails and automate them - and they look fantastic! The features are top notch, and I did have a question for customer service, and they took the time to reply on Christmas Eve one day later. Can't recommend this app enough!! 5 stars!!

I WAS a satisfied customer of Mail Chimp for my past email marketing needs, but it doesn't come close to the ease of using Seguno with my Shopify store. Namely, this app is fully integrated within the Shopify platform so creating newsletters, sending them and updating my customer lists is so easy without working on 2 different sites to get my work accomplished. I am a new fan and using Seguro for all my e-marketing needs going forward!

The value add of this app is insanely high! We just launched our site this year and are slowly learning what all we need to do, and email marketing was at the top of our list. Seguno makes it SO easy. You do NOT need to code for this (thank goodness). Everything is very clear and obvious. I love their templates as well. We did purchase one for Cyber Monday and it worked really well. The premium features are well worth it if you can swing it. We did the trial of Premiu7m and were really happy with it but are able to get by on the free version well enough. Once we get to a point where the premium makes sense for us we'll be happy to upgrade. They also have FANTASTIC free webinars that have REALLY helped us with our BFCM and Holiday marketing strategies. Thank you, Seguno!

Great App, especially with the newly added templates and video embedding features. I have tried a few different email marketing systems and this one by far is one of the easiest and most personable apps offered in the Shopify marketplace. It's a good alternative to Mailchimp since it's readily available in the interface. For beginners it's a great tool, but has some limitations for those that are used to a more robust tool. It's superb for setting up a quick email, integrating products, and looking professional on a smaller budget. However, things such as name tags (inability to include), true reporting (inability to view click reporting, open rates, compare/contrast emails, subject line. A/B testing, etc), custom templates (inability to add your own HTML/CSS templates), etc. are lacking. I'm hopeful they'll come up with more reporting and customization as they continue to grow. Customer support is always very helpful.

I jumped ship from Klaviyo (long time user) and Seguno offers tremendous value, stellar support, and a UI that's considerably easier to use than Klaviyo, especially if you manage your own Shopify store. Deliverability and KPIs are performing beyond my expectations. Glad I made the switch and tested ahead of BFCM. Big fan, look forward to ongoing new tools and automations from Seguno! Keep up the great work.

Ecstatic! So easy to use and so professional. Wish I had got it sooner! I am NOT good with design and this app made our newsletter look fantastic. Reporting is awesome too.
