Just learning but it seems very easy and promising to handle marketing emails etc... Will keep on learning. I use it to promote my websiyte and hopefully to get subsribers.

I used this app to create my first newsletter and many more to come. I really enjoy the simplicity and that it is integrated so well into Shopify. Very easy to use and like the visual look! Highly recommend!

I could do the setup plus the first newsletter in only a few hours! Very nice :) It would be amazing if you could deliver already a translated app in German, or at least a few pre-translations - as I spend most of my time on translating. You could ask your customers if some of them are willing to share their translations (I would do for sure) with crowd-help the translation would be done in no time.

Crowd-sourced translations are a great idea, and we've been wanting to add support for other languages within the Seguno app itself for a while now. Amazing! Way better than the other 4 apps I tried. Tried Mailchimp on it's own and it wasn't as modified for Shopify as I would like

I had to used this app for a few months now. We get excited every time we make a new newsletter. Sales have been great! Would like to know how to tie our social marketing in the newsletter.

Customer Support for Segundo is fantastic! They answered me right away when I texted them, and I had a great zoom call with them, and they stayed with me until I had a good understanding of how to use Segundo, which was so much fun! I haven't been using this app for long but I am enjoying how I can use this to schedule my store's newsletters to be delivered to customers at specific times

5 Stars! I'm very satisfied with Seguno! What I love about this app is the customization options, the amount of time saved creating newsletters, and the beautiful looking e-mails on both PC/Mobile devices. Newsletters are quick to create and hosted on the Shopify Admin panel (instead of another website). The customer service is the BEST I've experienced from Shopify's App providers, they respond quickly to questions and listen to your opinions or concerns, you can tell they love their App because they are always improving it and introducing new options. I'm excited to see what they have in store for future updates!

I just converted from WordPress/Woocommerce to Shopify. With that I converted from Constant Contact to Seguno. I am very, very impressed with Seguno (and with Shopify too!!). Having sent hundreds of Constant Contact newsletters to thousands of addresses I can assure you Seguno is WAY better...it saves you time, is more targeted, has better follow through. And their support staff actually HELPS you. If you are sick of Constant Contact then DUMP THEM and start using Seguno. You will NOT regret it!

This app makes it so easy to send our regular email newsletters. I love that it is so simple to integrate collections and products. The transition from Mailchimp was simple, and it is great to be managing our customer database all in one place. I love that we can do tag-based automations, and I am looking forward to having access to automation series emails, which I read was on the roadmap for this app. I do wish the email signup form were more advanced. We have multiple newsletter options (daily, weekly, blog, etc.) and it would be nice to be able to have customers select their options on signup. We are going to create a custom solution to make this happen by creating our own signup form that auto-tags customers, but it is a feature that would have been very helpful if it came with the app. Also, it would be nice if there were an option to embed the sign up form on a different site. We use an external blog, and figuring out how to manage our blog subscribers is going to be a challenge that we didn't face when using Mailchimp.

While you can't embed the signup form on another site, you can copy the newsletter form link and paste it on your blog so that new customers are both redirected to your store and can sign up there.
