I just converted from WordPress/Woocommerce to Shopify. With that I converted from Constant Contact to Seguno. I am very, very impressed with Seguno (and with Shopify too!!). Having sent hundreds of Constant Contact newsletters to thousands of addresses I can assure you Seguno is WAY better...it saves you time, is more targeted, has better follow through. And their support staff actually HELPS you. If you are sick of Constant Contact then DUMP THEM and start using Seguno. You will NOT regret it!

This app makes it so easy to send our regular email newsletters. I love that it is so simple to integrate collections and products. The transition from Mailchimp was simple, and it is great to be managing our customer database all in one place. I love that we can do tag-based automations, and I am looking forward to having access to automation series emails, which I read was on the roadmap for this app. I do wish the email signup form were more advanced. We have multiple newsletter options (daily, weekly, blog, etc.) and it would be nice to be able to have customers select their options on signup. We are going to create a custom solution to make this happen by creating our own signup form that auto-tags customers, but it is a feature that would have been very helpful if it came with the app. Also, it would be nice if there were an option to embed the sign up form on a different site. We use an external blog, and figuring out how to manage our blog subscribers is going to be a challenge that we didn't face when using Mailchimp.

While you can't embed the signup form on another site, you can copy the newsletter form link and paste it on your blog so that new customers are both redirected to your store and can sign up there. I used the Seguno app mainly to trial an alternative to Mailchimp. I like the fact that they seamlessly synchronise with my Shopify website....the newsletter brought me immediate results and was a lot simpler to use than I found Mailchimp to be. Happy so far.

First impressions on this app are amazing. So easy to set up and use! I have used sending blue and mail chimp in the past but this is so much faster to send emails from within the Shopify platform! I just wish it wasn't so expensive for my subscribers with are over 3000

Straightforward and user friendly. I love how it is integrated into Shopify. There is tons of room for improvements. For starters, it would be great if the email system can send out newsletters of a full blog article instead of having multiple blog titles in newsletters. This would hugely reduce the need to manually duplicate an article; making an article on shopify blog and another same blog article on Seguno - which will never look the same due to css paddings and such. Secondly, there is a need to implement css padding in each sections. This would increase the control/flexibility and hugely make the presentation of the newsletter more consistent. It is currently impossible to create images with small text captions as well. Looking forward to seeing a better app! Cheers, Lucius Atelier

You can certainly choose to only feature one of your blog posts in a Seguno newsletter, but it must be the one you've most recently published. While there currently isn't a way to implement CSS padding, please feel free to reach out to support and we'd be more than happy to find a solution for you using Seguno's customization options with regard to captioned images or anything else you'd like help with. I used this app to start with sending customers newsletter. It was great as it suits with all the Shopify layout. Also the support line was great, they answered in a minute and the solution came a day later. Thank you! Great app.

First time using an email delivery service and this was SO easy. Love how simple the interface is. Lots of personalization options. If you’re on the fence, leap!

Very easy to configure, even for the novice. Templates, custom options and flow are terrific to get up and running quickly and efficiently. Plus, the support is outstanding.
