Seguno Email Marketing

I found this app very easy and straightforward to install, set up and use - especially as I am not terribly tech-savvy. I like how it links in nicely with all my Shopify data - so easy to add products or collections to emails. The process for me has been excellent. I would give it the extra star but for two reasons - one the help centre have been taking a while to get back to my queries, however I put this down to many new customers due to shopify and Mailchimp parting ways - I'm sure and they have assured me this will be rectified. The other thing is that currently I can't see which customers have responded to emails via opens, clicks, purchases etc. Again, though, Seguno have told me that this will be something they will be adding to the app.

Pretty straight forward, and easy to use, works seamlessly with admin. Looking forward to more detail reports, like specific customer interaction tracking. *Very pleased with customer support*replies within 24 hours. Updated my review from a 4 to a 5, as they added extra reporting on customer actions.

It's a real disappointment that we are not allowed to share our newsletters to social networks, and that is a very important. I am hoping this gets changed quickly or we will have no choice but to go elsewhere. Otherwise, so far I am very pleased with this newsletter program. So far I've set up a couple of automatons, and have already seen repeat customers who haven't shopped for a while, return (and mention the "hey come back we miss you" email). I've also sent out two newsletters, and they were both ridiculously easy to set up - I love how everything is right there, in the back end of Shopify, and I don't really have to go looking for anything. Importing contacts from Mailchimp was a breeze. Yes, I know that many people are looking into third parties to be able to continue to sync with MC, but ... what if something happens with those third parties and suddenly you're back where you started? I read a lot of reviews on the new different options, and am so glad I decided to go with Seguno. Simple setup, intuitive to understand, easy to use, looks like all my other emails across the board so my brand is consistent. Absolutely no regrets about changing over to this app.

I switched over from Mailchimp recently. here are my thoughts: Pros: - I do like how you can have 2000 subs. - everything can be done in your shopify panel - importing from mailchimp was easy - Free! Issues: - Generally the editor to make your emails is very basic and tiring to use. -- Wish it had an ability to duplicate sections that you made in your current newsletter. -- Bullets aren't supported -- It's hard to track and see the stats of all your newsletters. The data is there, but it feels like I have to go through multiple clicks just to see how many people opened by latest newsletter. Would be nice to have a dashboard page that shows your stats: subs, most recent newsletter stats, etc

Great app and awesome support/staff! Totally recommend it! The app is easy to use and the support team will help you reduce some extra work (sync old email list, etc)

switched over from mail chimp and found this way easier to set up and use plus the email templates are a lot nicer than other software. Love how it all works from within shopify. I hate having to log into other stuff to do things. Highly recommend for simplicity and speed

Switching from Mail Chimp and loving Seguno. So much easier to use. I would like to have more tutorials than what I have been able to find. Example, how do I add a sign up form for my blog. Seguno has great customers service. When I send an email question they do respond quickly. So glad I made this switch.

I just installed this email marketing app but so far so good. Seems to be a really nice product Seguno has put together here. I really like it. Nice designs, nice features, really like it. 5 stars Seguno!

I have just migrated from mailchimp to Seguno and the process was quick easy and free. They are fast and friendly with great support. Thank you very much Also use the banner and when I needed to tweak its position they helped me there as well. Thank you

This was super-easy to install. And, the customer service is terrific! I can see that this app will be a great help in my marketing efforts. I love how it incorporates my product photos *and* my customers like it too! Added: After using it for a few months, I continue to be totally satisfied with how this app works and with the continued 'second-to-none' Customer Service! Updated after the BF thru CM events: Even though I created worthwhile campaigns, I did not get a single sale! :-( I love, however, how they are always coming up with new ideas to help us get sales! Updating: I've been using this app for quite some time now and I love it! With everything they offer, and the great customer service, I couldn't be happier! I started using this app after Mailchimp and Shopify split. Easy to set-up, everything is within Shopify, so easy to use, newsletters look amazing...my list can go on and on. Happy with this change!

I was with MailChimp before and must say, I already love Seguno!!! it is simple and fast to set up! The first marketing email was put together and send out to my subscribers within 30 min. Just about an hour later I already had an order. That to me speaks volume. I am happy that I installed that app.

I am a MailChimp refugee and wish I had this app sooner! Integrated with Shopify so that discount codes can be applied in shopping cart and adding product or blog posts is a breeze! Tech support quickly answers questions & concerns. I was looking to automate and glad I did not spend time before. SO much easier now! I LOVE IT!

I really like how professional the newsletters look and how easy they are to customise as they are the same format as Shopify. The support is helpful and friendly. They even took the time to read my blog and give me feedback! I would like an automated newsletter to be sent out every time I wrote a blogpost rather than having to go into the app and send one myself.

This app is AMAZING it has all the basics set up that a marketing email campaigns needs. 1. The interface is really friendly and easy to manage because it really do looks like you're in your Shopify theme editor. 2. Emails templates are simples and customizables as you want. 3. When you need it can generate singles codes for each customers based your shop's codes set up. I don't see any problem with this app and I'm really glad I found it ! Also the support team is quick and friendly. Thank you Seguno !

Updating my Review! Because these guys keep upping their game! This is BY FAR the BEST value available across all the apps. And it's at no cost until you get to a certain level! When you combine it with the Dynamic Banner--it's an incredible value. Any little question or problem--and they respond promptly. Don't know what I would do without this valuable service! Excellent and personalized service. Any questions or tiny problems--they get back to you almost immediately. Wish all the marketing vendors were as good as them. Highly recommend!

A fantastic and intuitive app that does almost everything that I needed for free. If you are just starting out then this is invaluable.

This app is so easy to use, and the support has been fantastic. It's by far the best email-marketing app I've tried, and I would definitely recommend it!
