We used the App for some time and had a very good experience. It's not a gigantic suite, rather an App focused on doing what it is designed for. Developers are keen to hear you and add features that make sense. Customer support is great. Overall a fantastic App worth trying. We uninstall due to different reasons, but will certainly consider re-installing in future.

App works great. Highly recommend. What’s nice it they have an app for the iPhone so I get the messages right away and able to reply quickly making our customers happy. Awesome people to work with too. They are super helpful

WARNING: This app automatically modifies your stores live theme.liquid and activates its own widget immediately on install! This is the first time I've come an app that makes active modifications to the live theme without even a hint that any changes have been made. If I hadn't done my diligence exploring the settings and noticing the widget was already enabled and active, I would have unknowingly had a UI element interfering with my existing theme and confusing customers. The fact that these code changes are made automatically without consent or notice is bad enough, but beyond that there isn't even a proper uninstall option to automatically remove the code - all you get is a blurb in the FAQ section with an unreadably small screenshot with a red box around the added code and instructions to delete it. Of course the box also includes the final closing HTML body tag which needs to stay in the file, so if you miss that you might just break your site in the process. To the developer: add a welcome splash page that has a button to apply the code change to the theme, do not auto-activate intrusive store page UI features, and make a proper uninstall option to have the app remove code changes.

I am rating the Free version. for most this a superb version to get going with, if your maxing out the free version well thats a good thing to then go beyond. It only lacked one minor feature i was asked to do and would want myself. i contacted support via there own chat tool got instant support and feedback on the item i was wishing for be added to the app. For now my request/inquiry was not possible/available but was good enough to send on to devs to consider, if support sees that , well thats a 5 star from me. Support understanding something so good and sending back to team is good to hear. thank you Mariadel | Willdesk Support Team from the apps support team who helped our business with questions.

Been trying out some different Chat Apps and I came across Willdesk. It had some handy some new features I wanted to try out such as order tracking. I had a few initial questions and I jumped on the internal support Chat and Pia was so helpful at answering my questions and making sure I all my questions were answered. I look forward to using the App into the future.

There are a few most options i wish it had with multiple store use but otherwise the app is great. It is easy to set up and configure and the customer support is fast and knowledgable.
