Great customer service and it's nice to find an app that doesn't charge a monthly fee for just using the FAQ functionality. Highly recommend!

I can see no reason to get this app when the Shopify app, Inbox is free. Inbox automatically emails the customer when the customer is offline. Willdesk would not connect to my Outlook and after many instances on chat support, I discovered the free app by Shopify, which seems to do a lot more with fewer hassles. The customer service for Willdesk is fast, but they couldn't work out the email issue. Shopify's Inbox does it automatically.

It is a good app and customer support is helpful. It would be perfect if with more auto-reply features.

Despite advertising 'Manage all channels in one inbox, including Live chat, Email, Whatsapp, Messenger' the app can't actually handle receiving emails. All it can do is post a link to your email address.

We're so glad to have found this app. It has all features essential for a chat/help widget. The dashboard is easy to use, set up was fast, and the widget can be neatly positioned on desktop or mobile so that it doesn't interfere with the design. Customer support has been very responsive to any questions we had. Looking forward to the upcoming IG integration! Still working great 2 months into use.

We just installed it and so far everything seems great, i think the app needs better options and more tweaking on iphone but over all everything works as it should, also their support is pretty quick to response to help which is great.
