安装时不确定是否时网络问题，一直打不开安装不了，试了好长时间才成功的，平时联系客服有事也会出现这个问题，其他都很好，但是希望可以增加一项，频道里可以添加另外的独立页面且可以自己选择排版，追踪订单数量可以放开限制。

Great app, it has all basic help center and chat related items for a small business like me. Only thing I feel as missing is an android app to keep track of customer message, hope it is added in future.
