The team at UpperCommerce has been extremely helpful in modifying the tool to meet the needs of our shop. The functionality is great, only thing that is missing is an email notification for their WillDesk LiveChat tool.

真的非常简洁！很容易上手，不会的可以直接找在线客服帮你解决，真的非用心，效率也很高。非常满意，完全超出期望值。可以直接查询订单状态，还能自动解答问题，可以设置好模板之后自动回复，真的非常的好用。强烈推荐。
