Amazing, fast customer service. So far, the app has been really easy to use. A great, free FAQ without the limitations that other apps with 'free' plans have!

The customer service agent was great and helped me with a lot of issues, which is a good thing for us! Without her help, you'd have to spend time researching a lot of things, but she'll show you the features and settings of this plugin, which is great!

Good tool. The support was very fast and efficient. The help button solves multiple problems including live chat, FAQs, and order tracking all for free. Free upgrade + free branding removal as well. Really the best app for a dedicated help center. Ellie was super helpful.

The team at UpperCommerce has been extremely helpful in modifying the tool to meet the needs of our shop. The functionality is great, only thing that is missing is an email notification for their WillDesk LiveChat tool.
